"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Does Ctrip have no bottom line? How can such a hotel be listed? I stayed there for one night and didn't sleep all night. There is no sound insulation at all. My child got scared and had a fever. It was so dirty that I dared not sleep. There were footprints on the bed and the floor was not wiped. They knocked on the door twice in the middle of the night and scared me away. The crying next door lasted until four in the morning. Ctrip must give me an explanation, otherwise I will complain!"
