Warm reception awaited as soon we got into the hotel premises. Due to some technical system update, we had to use temporary code. The staff at that hour, Yan (or Yean) was so lovely to ensure we got into our room. The entire stay went very well and another staff Moritz was very helpful to attend to our needs. Overall, Numa Bloomsbury is a great location, ease of getting around and best of all, it was just about 15 mins walk to Chinatown to get our favourite roasted duck for dinner 😊😉! We noticed that it has also very well equipped work space at the basement for meetings, events, etc. It was a great stay for us!

Room: The room was small, as expected from the description. The bathroom was a decent size, but the shower cubicle was quite cramped, which made it a bit awkward. Amenities: Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I really appreciated the luggage storage lockers — very convenient. The WhatsApp chatbot was surprisingly helpful and handled most of my questions effectively. Location: The location was perfect for my needs — very close to the British Museum and well-connected with several transport options nearby. It made getting around really easy.

The Numa Bloomsbury is very well-situated (close to the British Museum, Tottenham Court Underground Station, and Oxford Street) in Central London. Only downside is no staff, so the low cost comes with this condition. Should be great for leisure travellers or business travellers only spending the night without any further requirements.

Small room big enough for a bed and bed side table only. One small bathroom and that’s the whole room. It’s good for a 2 night stay but no more

The location of this hotel is super good. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. You can check in in advance by yourself. It is very convenient without a door card. The coffee shop next to it offers discounts to guests.

If you don't have WhatsApp, don't book it, because you will only get a bunch of nonsense when you call. I arrived at the hotel at 8pm. There was no staff. I could only open the webpage to check in by myself. As a result, no matter how I filled in the mobile phone number, it said it was invalid. I filled in two mobile phones and two mobile phone numbers. Finally, I filled in the hotel's own number and it said it was invalid. I called the hotel customer service and said that the mobile phone number was invalid, and I still emphasized that I had to write the correct mobile phone number. Finally, I asked a guest and said that I could download the APP to handle it. Only then did the mobile phone number I filled in pass. Then the kind guest helped to call and ask the customer service on WhatsApp. After an hour of tossing back and forth, I still couldn't receive the mobile phone verification code. It was still this guest who asked the customer service if I could send an email to handle it, and the customer service finally responded. I sent a link to upload my passport. Although there are more and more self-service machines in London, it is impossible to solve problems with this kind of customer service. I can feel the rumbling vibration every day when I lie on the bed, because there is a subway next to it, or other guests next door are laughing. People with shallow sleep must not go there, and they are prone to mental weakness. I asked for a quiet room, but when the window is opened, it is either construction or drinking and chatting. In the last few days, I found that the corridor was leaking, and there was a bucket to catch it, and no one repaired it after three days.
