"Normally a good clean place to stay. This time was a wee bit different. The bed sagged in the middle so we ended up rolling together in the night. The towels have definitely seen better days. Ragged around the edges and with holes in them. They were clean and crisp, but not the quality I'd expect from a hotel. The most noteworthy point was the person walking in the room at 06.55 on Monday morning, while we were asleep. In future I will make a point of double locking the door, and probably moving a chair or suitcase in front of it too!"

"I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday. The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now. The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food. Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice. It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there"

"Lovely hotel. We booked for a wedding, we were able to go into our room early to get changed, staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room itself was great, it did get warm at night but otherwise a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend."

"Hotel is in a good location, clean, comfy and parking is aplenty. We were unfortunate to be on the ground floor as we booked a family room. The noise from the upstairs room woke us at 1am, just from people walking around, dropping things on the floor and opening and closing drawers. The soundproofing is non existent so please beware."
