"I filed a written complaint with Quality Inn because the receptionist lied that the room was not ready when it actually was. I sat quietly for 2 hours before they let me occupy the room. I finished my stay without further incident. Months later the receptionist called me to tell me not to stay there any more. Trip Advisor readers can tell I tend to write positive reviews whenever I can. However if something happens that others should know about, as in this instance, I will provide that information. Fortunately there are friendly and much better choices in Madison Georgia."

"this place is a dump. don't let the 7.0 on hotels fool you. within 3 hours killed at least 6 roaches. they have a sign that says not refunds after 10 minutes. takes that long for roaches to come out. LOL shower water faucet doesn't work correctly. used band-aid in bathroom floor. obviously not cleaned. room reeked of cleaning solvents. bathroom light fixture came down, luckily wires kept it from dropping on floor. definately not worth the price. just not a clean place."
