Great HOTEL! GREAT FUN! We would definitely be back! The buffets breakfast and dinner were amazing! Waterpark And amazing park outside.

Amazing hotel which is great for children and adults alike with great shuttle service to Disney land Paris

Great hotel for kids! Staff were really friendly and our daughter loved the pirate ship play areas and the swimming pool! Food was okay at breakfast suitable for the fast turnaround and no quibble in regards to taking food out the restaurant. Defo will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in was quick, and the staff were smiling and attentive. We absolutely loved the pool, especially that it was open until 11 PM, and the interior and exterior decor. It was truly an excellent experience from start to finish.

The showers by the pool only have cold water, making it impossible to properly rinse off after a swim. Aside from this, we liked everything else. I had to change rooms, and the hotel staff member was very accommodating, offering several options. When we used the pool in the morning, the water temperature was good, but it gets very crowded in the evenings.

We stayyed 3 nights in hotel. It is not acceptable paying fee for car park if you are hotel's guest. We did not use our car for sightseeing cause we need to pay 17 € for each in and out.

The hotel in all was very well located. Service was somewhat limited. There was no iron for cloths and breakfast selection was very limited. Hot tea chocolate or coffee. Croissant bread and cakes. Sliced meats and fruits only

Great hotel in a fantastic location for Disney. Great parking and shuttle service. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Food in the evening great and the pool was open late which was great when the children wanted to swim later after a day out.

Absolutely shocking!! The night staff are completely cruel and impossible. If you complain they threaten you with the police 🤷‍♀️ insane when all you want is to change rooms. Me and my autistic 9 year old son stayed here over Christmas. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!! We were made to pay city tax straight away (not included in anything but in the long run that’s a minor scale of this dreadful stay. We asked to be moved rooms for a more peaceful night.. (not exactly a unreasonable request) They had us pack only to sit in reception on CHRISTMAS EVE to be ignored and put back into the same room after 2 hours! Don’t book here if you want anything that a respectable hotel would offer. We had no cleaner for 3 days, challenged for towels to enter the pool etc (Considering there towels are probably older than the hotel it was a bit cringe (bring your own if you stay here .. there’s actually a B&B next door also a Camponile. I’d seriously suggest these instead.. Every person that we spoke to here was dissatisfied and disappointed. It maybe “Close to Disney” and the website take good photographs of the pool … the pool is full of hair at first I thought it was a rat. Bedroom Carpets disgusting and in extremely desperate need of replacing Absolute rank hotel. If I could give it a zero star I would. No one of the night staff care, the men are actually really intimidating .. The guy with the glasses is just so rude and shouted at me in front of my petrified son for a simple room change. Disgusting behaviour, seriously don’t let the look of the pool fool you The reception night staff if you come across an issue are not bothered at all The actual hotel room are decrepit and theres cheaper places literally next door. Not worth a star Absolute let down. Here just a picture of the thread bare carpet in the room.
