"I recently stayed at Norfolk Luxury Beachfront Apartments with a group of friends. We had 2 units on the same floor and it couldn’t have worked out better. The views were fabulous, the apartments were modern, clean, nicely furnished and they had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to Tedder Avenue for dinner and the surf club the next day for lunch. We even managed a swim in the middle of winter, as the pool was heated. We had such a good time and will be back."

"Our stay was amazing. Upon arrival, super friendly service from the concierge. Room was nice and quiet. It was cleaned and tidied up well every day. The location was great. Sea World was in the backyard. I just wished I knew that I had a voucher for the amount of night we stayed because we would have checked in earlier. Shoreline was nice. Chefs and staff are friendly. Food was ok too. My kids mainly just ate the fruits from the buffet as it's a Western Buffet. Overall, I will definitely come here with the kids next time (maybe in Summer as this winter was too much rain and it was cold)."

"Absolutely outstanding experience here. Simply gorgeous decor and comfortable apartment with views that awe! Clean, hygienic and attention to detail on point. Host Damien and Emma go out of their way to ensure stay is at an optimum level. We stayed in apartment 14, on level 7 and could not fault it. Breathtaking views, ideal for the air show, or simply relaxing and taking in the horizon. European appliances and fresh carpet. Super comfortable beds and little touches that made this trip so memorable. Have already booked again and cannot wait to enjoy this gem."

"Taking into account that we had those massive storms on the Gold Coast and that it appeared to be in the middle of an improvement with new beds. I was extremely disappointed that the air conditioning units, to put it bluntly, were filthy! The two units, even though they were good brands ( Panasonic) when checking the filters, looked as though they had not been cleaned for over 6 months. The filters were CLOGGED with dust and dirt, which made them highly unhealthy for the occupants staying there. The filters had the potential to harbour various air pollutants such as dust particles, pollen, odour, and even bacteria. If you have people allergic to any of these particles, then it’s certain that they have the potential to be affected. For instance, people with asthma or certain allergies might start experiencing difficulties staying in the apartment. Also, some of the bacteria that might make their way into your apartment might cause diseases. When the air filter is dirty, it means that it can’t sieve out the dust, pollen, and other particles from the air. Consequently, the quality of your indoor air is reduced. This means that the air being blown through the vents contains various dust particles and microorganisms that might be harmful to people in the apartment. I know this as I have sold a/c units for over 40 years. I have now retired."
