"Service was great, cleanliness was upkept. However, access to AC is a whopping 10 euros. Further, the location towards the small Sarpidon apartment is slightly far from heraklion and does go through narrow and small roads"

"Booked a Suite with seaside view for 5 nights in August, we only stayed for one after discovering the real views include an abandoned building. Warning as you will not see this on any of their websites or google. Rooms from inside were nice but beds were hard and the WIFI was very weak. Such a disappointment. If you wish to stay here, I would suggest to request a room on the opposite side of the abandoned 3 storey eyesore."

"The location was perfect and our room had a beautiful view of Malia. The staff were lovely and friendly and made you feel very welcome. The food and drinks were amazing too and great value for money. I would 100% come back and stay here, I have no faults 🥰"

"I am a big believer in you get what you pay for. If I could give stars for staff then Angela who runs the bar/cafe would get five 🌟 she is such a credit to the place and a lovely lady. She was so friendly and easy to talk to and her dinks/food was spot on! The bar area was exceptional clean also. Maria was also nice and helpful. The apartment we had was very spacious and adequately clean, ground floor so spacious terrace too. The bathroom was a big let down and needs a thorough make over as does the kitchenette area! With a little love and tlc these apartments could be so much better. The pool area was ok although the pools were very cold. The location is superb. Just to the right of the the apartments is the Street Bar and I would highly recommend this place. The food everywhere was delicious. If it’s beauty and luxury you want then please avoid booking but if you can close your eyes to a few things and want somewhere cheap to stay then this is the place. All in all we had a good weeks holiday and will definitely return to Malia (but will choose a different hotel/apartment to stay in.). We could list things that need immediate improvement but are not going to, like I said it was a cheap break, and you get what you pay for!"

"From the moment we entered the hotel it took us 15 minutes to even see a member of staff. When the manager came down to check us in he was EXTREMELY rude to the point I genuinely thought he could be putting on some sort of act or joke. I was there with 5 male friends and from the get go he began immediately insulting us and when we asked what his problem is he let us know he’s more than happy to immediately kick us out and keep our money. His attitude and behaviour was abysmal and by this point all we had done was walk into the hotel and wait ages to see someone. When anyone of us would attempt to speak to him he would tell us to “shut up or leave” and this was still whilst we were attempting to check in, this is when we called him out on his attitude and his threats were made. “You don’t like my attitude? Leave, f*ck off”. An absolute immature rude man-child, we are paying customers of your sh*tty hotel, at least give us a slither of respect. We noticed he would only ever do this to male customers and witnessed him acting the same way to other groups of lads. You could practically whisper in your room and he would come up and give you a noice complaint and threaten to kick you out. He needs to be shut down, fired and banned from working in any hospitality roles, it’s a shame because the actual hotel itself wasn’t bad but was completely spoiled by his constant rude immaturity"

"We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel has a lovely, warm, family atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Kula, the owner, is absolutely wonderful, and Amanda was also so kind and welcoming. The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by trees and nature, with such a peaceful and relaxing view. Everything is incredibly clean, spotless, and very well maintained. The location is also excellent – close to everything while still feeling calm and relaxing. This was our second stay here, and definitely not our last. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely grounds once on the place and very close to beech. Lovely staff and rooms were fine. Breakfast was lots of eggs so be prepared for that. It just got a bit more of the same but we made the most of it. We went here just to get some sun for 2 weeks but probably won't go back to Malia. But I stress the complext was fine. Lovely pool"

"Aristea and pavlos made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in until departing. The hotel was good , some of the staff were great and it has a lot of amenities. Pool is a good size, a bar and Stalis beach is moments away . If we come back to this part of the island again we would stay again."
