"Old-school hotel but in a good way. High ceilings, big openable windows and a cosy vibe. Only gripe would be that the bathroom is a bit small. Perfect location sightseeing, shopping, bars and restaurants. Can get a bit noisy w windows open(fine if closed). Friendly and helpful staff. They do offer breakfast, snacks and dinner regardless which is a nice touch. Room cleaning has to be asked for in advance the night before, but towels and other amenities was replaced on demand. Would stay again, if in Malmö"

"The location is acceptable, direct access from the public parking house (150 SEK). I got a family room on the 7th floor. Room was ok, but due for refurbishment soon - I guess. When other guests on nearby rooms close their entrance doors, my room was shaking. Next time to Malmö I will choose a diffferent hotel, price/value did not satisfy me. Nice lobby bar."

"Malmö was the fifth stop on our family's Nordic trip. We originally planned just to stay one night to differentiate it from our later trip to Copenhagen, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. We absolutely loved Malmö, and the hotel was fantastic. The large, clean, and comfortable room, along with the mattresses that weren't as soft as some other hotels, ensured a good night's rest. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and impeccable. Staying on the 17th floor offered breathtaking city views. One day wasn't enough to fully appreciate its beauty; we hope to have the opportunity to return again."

Breakfast, fika & dinner are all included and they were very delicious. Weekday and weekend meal times are different times. Gym and sauna is included as well."

"We had a handicap-accessible room, which was a bit larger and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no AC, and it could get very hot. Our room overlooked the main square, where people gathered at 3 AM when the clubs closed. It got quite noisy because it was so hot in the room that we had to sleep with the windows open. Taxis were there, and after 20-25 minutes, it became empty and quiet again. However, the location was great, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. So overall, it was a good experience."

"Very terrible experience！ If you choose this due to location, please take more consideration! We arrived there around 11:30pm yesterday, no one was there. And I also didn’t receive any self checkin instructions, and the call leave was not able to be connected. The staff from trip is also unactionable, I finally found another number from the website from the hotel. And had checked in 1am. Such a bad!!!!!!!!"

"The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, situated right next to the city center and the main train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Every single member of the hotel team was extremely kind and always ready to help. As for the rooms, they are exceptionally comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom is brilliantly designed with a very wide and comfortable shower area. A huge plus was the flexibility with the towels, which you can easily take directly from the lovely housekeeping staff in the hallway every day. They never make an issue out of it, nor do they tire guests with those annoying signs about saving water and reusing the same towel. When it comes to breakfast, the food is of outstanding quality and offers a significantly higher standard than many 4-star hotels in major capital cities. The selection is excellent, and I must especially highlight the fresh, healthy sourdough bread that reminds me of top-tier German baking. There were also butter, eggs, jams, waffles, and a special praise goes to the fantastic milk selection, including a lactose-free option, which will be visible in my photos. This was actually the first time in my life that an AI assistant chose a hotel for me, and I have to admit it did a flawless job because First Hotel Jörgen Kock exceeded all expectations. It offers fantastic value for money and we would gladly return."

"This is a very retro old hotel. I like the small library in the lobby the most. It provides afternoon tea and coffee. Having afternoon tea here is not inferior to the cafe outside. It is very convenient to be across the street from the station. Walking out of the door is the shopping street of Malmö. I experienced Swedish life in this small town less than an hour away from Copenhagen"

"The facilities are average, at the level of domestic motels, but the location is very good, within a 15-minute walk to the main attractions, parking is right opposite the hotel, about RMB 176 per night! Remember to book a breakfast seat, otherwise you have to sit downstairs for breakfast. The spiral staircase is very narrow, and it is inconvenient to carry plates up and down! BTW, there is a Thai restaurant nearby that is great! Remember not to go to the Chinese restaurant, Jinlong is very un-Chinese!"
