"Very shabby and old stay. Towels were very bad. All pipes were leaking. Ac was noisy. Blankets were also not good. Hot water only available in the morning. Though the staff was accommodating and provided hot water in the evening. But definitely not worth 3k per night per room"

"Good hospitality. Best staff. Food also good. Rooms neat and clean"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rosary House is a wonderful place to stay in Malvan. Very family-oriented, peaceful, and well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels homely and safe. The hospitality is excellent — the hosts are polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food is delicious, fresh, and truly feels like home-cooked Konkan food. One of the biggest advantages is the location — Chiwala Beach is just about 50 meters away, making early morning and evening beach walks very convenient. We visited in January, and the weather ***** with the stay made the experience even better. Overall, a great place for families and couples looking for a calm, comfortable stay close to the beach. Highly recommended, and would definitely love to visit again."

"Really awesome experience. Very much delighted withe the location of the place. It's really one step away from beach. Beutiful sunset you can watch here which enjoying your evening tea with friends and family. Service was up to the mark with Nipun. Hello is a very generous person and very humble to serve you. Food was too good dinner as well as breakfast. You can see dolphins while taking a breakfast if you are lucky as much we. Truly a good place to enjoy your holidays."

"It was a very fulfilling experience. Rooms were very clean. Well managed lodge. Every single service for the room was prompt. Rooms were ready with every necessary thing before we ariive. Breakfast and tea is also available but you have to pre intimate them."

"Excellent location and amazing food served in breakfast."

"No, No, No.. Plz plz beware of spending your money for this so called resort.. we had premium most room there for three nights, ***** with 4 more executive premium rooms. it’s extremely bad in service, food, very much hyped charges for rooms n food. So called Jacuzzi can be filled with cold water only. Extra bed is replaced by useless extra mattress. Fake promises, no napkins n doormats in room and washroom, we had to ask for every single thing. Very very lazy staff who doesn’t want to work. Rivercoast resort is too good and reasonable for rooms and food than this. Please don’t waste your money. Empyrean take all payment in advanced so tat you can’t run away in between by getting irritated with their pathetic service. Plz beware aware. If there would be less than one star for service, I would have selected that. 12000 for one so called premium room per night is totally wastage of money. We had worst stay ever with this much paid amount."
