"Visited with my family and stayed at hotel vintage. The location of hotel vintage is great, it is close to mall road but still quiet enough to enjoy the mountain serenity. Rooms were spacious and warm (very important in winter, and we loved the wooden interiors. Breakfast had a decent variety and the kids enjoyed the 180 degree mountain view. The only downside was that the wi-fi was a bit patchy at times, but otherwise a great stay. Would love to come back!"

"We had two rooms to ourselves. One chalet room at 104 and deluxe 105. Let me jot down the pros and cons of the hotel. Pros 1. Neat and clean rooms 2. Aesthetically designed 3. Good view at some rooms 4. Helpful staff. 5. Amazing view from room 104 Cons. 1. The water does not drain at room 105. The water stagnates and make the washroom messy. 2. The balcony is dusty since the road leading to the hotel in not metalled. So, it fills with dust. 3. The window view for room 105 is an under-construction property. 4. You can see picturesque beauty through room 105 balcony but you will be choked with dust from the not metalled roads within mins. 5. Extremely spicy food and I had a bad stomach upset after consuming it as I am not used to such spicy foods. 6. Should have your own conveyance as it's almost 4km from.mall road through an unpaved dusty road. Each trip to the mall road cost is 400 one way. So the tip is avoid booking the rooms facing the road"

"Had a wonderful stay in Bookmark resorts for the past 4 days. The staffs here are very polite and treat us with great hospitality. Special mention to the people serving food with smile and quick response. Engaging children like Maakhan bhaiyya. Travel desk was also very helpful in guiding us with the right places, promptly arranging transport and following up like Yuvraj sir. What could be improved is AC , wifi connections as they were on and off. Similarly the indoor games can have more options to engage the kids better. Similarly the kids swimming pool should be arranged or atleast a part of the swimming pool depth could be made smaller for kids. Similarly the swimming accessories like ball or floating rings should be added. Outdoor options could be maintained better. The reception desk were very warm both during welcome and checkout."
