"We had planned to stay in Grand Beach Resort Mandarmani and had taken Room Nos 1032,1033,1034 and it was one night stay from Dec 20th to 21st 2025. I appreciate the Hotel Rooms interior and ambience all about the hotel. But things which really disappointed and made us feel the stay as terrible was NO HOT WATER AT ALL. The water was just that it was not cold but NO HOT WATER AT ALL. We travelled with children and not getting hot water in this weather was a real disappointment. But may be some technical reasons, but what made it a disaster was behavior towards customer by the Receptionist. How can the Receptionist talk to customer being aggressive and impolite especially when it was just Ladies and children as checked in. On the day of check-in itself we had mentioned that we will check out by 12 pm. But we're told that a group booking is there, so we being considerate left 2 rooms by 11.15 am and all shifted to one room as one child was having fever and decided to leave by 12 pm. When called to Reception to make bills ready at 11.45 am, the Receptionist started speaking in a very rude manner - "u people are saying 10 mins 10 mins from past half n hour in a very impolite tone and my guests are waiting here from morning, when will u all just leave." When we never said anyone more than once to give us 10 mins. No etiquette or manners to behave with guest. A polite conversation would do but the behaviour, tone and just everything just let me decide NEVER AGAIN TO THIS RESORT , NEVER WILL RECOMMEND ALSO SOMEONE. When you appoint people for Reception, do you not check his etiquette and qualifications. When we are talking politely, how can a Receptionist raise his voice. Kindly look into your management. Thank you."
