"Nice , sort of heritage property...well maintained.....garden view rooms quite big.... Front Office Asst. Manager Ms Yukta Bangera was excellent in appreciation and resolution of issues...a nice person... For senior citizens, only ground floor rooms are suitable since higher floors are accessible only through staircase....many steps. F&B Staff was very cooperative...but several food items were bland. If you book directly, lunch and dinner are alacarte....for MAP or AP you need to book through hotel booking apps. The hotel is about 25 kms away from city, so going back again to city for dinner may be an effort. We liked Sarangi Restaurant in the city good for dinner. Spectacular views of Brindavan Gardens better from room nos. 1,2,3 on each floor. From other rooms also, view of the Garden is good. Since monkeys are around, you have to keep all doors closed at all times."

"Pros: 1. Booking was seamless and the staff were super-friendly. 2. Located besides river Cauvery. Cons: 1. The deluxe room doors were dingy/scratched - showed signs of wear and tear. The resort common areas (seating etc.) were untidy as well. Maintenance can be definitely improved a lot. 2. Sports room was not up-to-the-mark - TT table was scratched and dingy. 3. Meals choices (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) was pretty less and looks like they are short on staff. There is a delay of at-least 15-20 minutes before things were ready. 4. No intercom/TV in rooms. Overall, 'one day' trip worth if you can make peace with the Cons. Definitely lot of scope in the upkeep of the resort."
