"Pros: 1. Booking was seamless and the staff were super-friendly. 2. Located besides river Cauvery. Cons: 1. The deluxe room doors were dingy/scratched - showed signs of wear and tear. The resort common areas (seating etc.) were untidy as well. Maintenance can be definitely improved a lot. 2. Sports room was not up-to-the-mark - TT table was scratched and dingy. 3. Meals choices (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) was pretty less and looks like they are short on staff. There is a delay of at-least 15-20 minutes before things were ready. 4. No intercom/TV in rooms. Overall, 'one day' trip worth if you can make peace with the Cons. Definitely lot of scope in the upkeep of the resort."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wilderness Jungle Camp, and I must commend Mr. Glen, who leads and manages the resort. Our visit, which began on the 25th, was so delightful that we extended our stay by an additional day. Glen is an exceptional host and a fantastic cook. He personally oversees the kitchen, ensuring that every meal is fresh, tasty, and homely. The variety and quality of the food are outstanding, and the desserts he prepares are not to be missed. The rooms and facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained camps equipped with AC, large bathrooms, and proper lighting. The surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and quality family time. Glen excels in customer engagement. He is humble, receptive, and eager to discuss various topics, from food and vegetation to weather. His dedication is evident as he works tirelessly from early morning until midnight to ensure the best dining experience. A special mention goes to Glen for his efforts in decorating and preparing for my son's birthday, making it an unforgettable celebration. In summary, the Wilderness Jungle Camp is a must-visit for anyone seeking a great place, amazing food, and an exceptional host. Thank you, Glen and team, for your outstanding hospitality. "just concluded a 2 day stay at MH Resorts, Mysore. The overall experience wasn’t positive, and the property should seriously introspect on improvement areas. Here are some underwhelming aspects: 1. Very nonchalant and rude staff. They were reacting as if they did not care. 2. Dirty swimming pool with green water. 3. We were staying in room 101 where fan knob was missing, 1 towel given was torn. Not the signs of a wel maintained property. 4. TT rackets had no cushion. It is also placed in a very cramped space. 5. The tablecloth used on lunch tables is sordid. Not washed in a long time."
