"The hotel was beautiful, and the garden plants were lovely. However, we stayed for three nights. On the first night, the bathroom was leaking like crazy. The toilet and bathroom were in the same room, and after showering, the room was completely soaked. If we used the toilet, our pants and slippers would get wet. We contacted the hotel, and the front desk said they would send an engineer to fix it. There was no apology whatsoever. Then we contacted Ctrip, and the platform did its best to communicate and promised to fix it that day. After various communications from the platform, the hotel's customer relations manager finally called, offering a voucher for the hotel's spa public area and breakfast for the next day. However, although the engineer replaced the seal that evening, the connection between the glass door and the bathroom door was still leaking, and after showering, the room was still flooded. Again, the platform helped with communication, and the hotel said they couldn't change the room, but could at most offer one more day's breakfast. We figured we could let it go for the last night. Ctrip's customer service was very helpful in handling the communication, and we didn't want to waste any more time with the arrogant hotel. In the morning, when we checked out, the front desk, as usual, asked how our stay was. We simply described the bathroom problem truthfully, and everything else was fine. As a result, while we were waiting for the driver, the account manager rushed over and questioned us: "You say your experience was bad? When I asked you this morning, didn't you say it was fixed? Didn't I bring you breakfast? Aren't you happy? This is outrageous! This isn't a gift for us! The hotel bathrooms were completely unusable, which was caused by their own failure to maintain the facilities in a timely manner; their engineers even came to check and replaced the spare parts; the breakfast delivery was only achieved after the platform intervened. We stayed three nights, and the bathrooms had problems two nights in total. The hotel never genuinely considered it their fault, and the breakfast delivery was treated like charity. They even dared to question guests about their unhappiness… How could this be a happy stay… The hotel's arrogance and hypocrisy are as consistent as ever… I would strongly discourage Asian guests from staying here.""

"We recently returned from a week's stay at this property, having used it several times over the past 10 years. It is in an excellent position 5 mins walk to waterfront, and less than 10 to many bars and restaurants . The rooms are well equipped and have large balconies, they are a little dated, but are kept very clean. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We had a meal at the attached Palmyra restaurant one evening, and the food was excellent, although it was very quiet, and lacking a bit of atmosphere at this time of year. We look forward to our next visit to this aparthotel."

"It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience was average and I would not stay there again. The pictures of the Ctrip suite are not consistent with the reality. The reality is that it is an ordinary hotel room with an extra sofa, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip stated that it would open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel, but the actual decoration is relatively old. I don’t understand why it was a hotel that opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. I completed the formalities in the morning and came to pick up the room card in the afternoon. There was only one person at the front desk, which was very slow and I had to wait for a long time. The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants. It feels good to eat at night. The location is by the sea and it is very comfortable to walk."

"We stayed at Westin La Quinta during our 4 days golf visit to Marbella. We booked as a group of golfers and everything was organized around such event. It was generally ok though I would say that the quality - price ratio is really not the a very good one. Hotel is clean though the facilities, finishings and the design is more or less basic. Tiles on the floor in the rooms, regular to cheap furniture, poor finishings in the bathrooms. The personnel and services were all good but this is what you expect from such a place."

"This hotel was excellent in every respect: the rooms, views, breakfast, staff, spa, and beach. The view from the hotel was amazing, so I recommend having a relaxing breakfast from the terrace looking out at the beach in front, and then enjoying the sunset and drinks at the rooftop bar in the evening. The staff were very friendly and could speak English, so I don't think communication would be an issue. I'd definitely come back to Marbella and use this hotel again."
