The hotel's location is fantastic, and both the environment and cleanliness were excellent. I had initially booked a room with only a partial river view. However, the staff were truly wonderful – incredibly helpful and attentive, always quick to respond to any queries. They even kindly upgraded my room to a panoramic one, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking night view of the Bund right from our room, without even stepping out. My little one was absolutely thrilled! I definitely hope to stay here again on our next visit.

My overall experience at the Hongqiao Meilunmeihuan Hotel this time was fantastic; both the service and facilities were truly impressive!

**Service:** The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and swift. They were always smiling, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. Room service was also prompt, and any requests were quickly addressed. The hotel's dedication truly shined through in these details.

**Facilities:** The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. What truly surprised me was the **Hansgrohe showerhead** in the bathroom. The water flow was delicate and consistent, and the pressure adjustment was perfect. The showering experience was comparable to a five-star hotel – after a tiring day, it was an absolute treat!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hongqiao transportation hub, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options in the vicinity.

We were really happy with the family room we booked this time; our child absolutely loved it! The room came equipped with children's toiletries, especially a small step stool, and the aviation-themed decor was such a hit that my child didn't want to leave once they entered. Haha. 

The breakfast was excellent, and the buffet, which we added at the front desk, was very reasonably priced.

The hotel's location is superb. It's incredibly convenient for visiting attractions like Canton Tower and museums, and also for taking a Pearl River night cruise nearby. Huacheng Square is right outside the hotel, shopping malls are within walking distance, and the subway station is also very close, just a 300-meter stroll away.

Another great feature is the laundry room; it's super convenient as you can wash and dry your clothes directly. On one occasion, I had to leave before my clothes were dry, and when I asked a housekeeping staff member for help, she enthusiastically brought them back to my room later. 🥰

For food deliveries, there's a robot on the ground floor that can bring items to your room, or you can call the front desk for assistance, which was very handy. 

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. I've already bookmarked this gem of a hotel, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou! 🤩

First of all, I was really frustrated with the AI ​​responses I received when I contacted them via WeChat. I think the hotel headquarters needs to pay more attention to this!

The cleaning was spotless, which I was worried about after reading the reviews. I was a bit frustrated at check-in, but...

The positive feelings I felt during my three-day, two-night stay were enough to justify it.
