The lady that prepared the breakfast was so nice. The customer service was excellent. She helped make waffles and drinks for us. I really appreciated that. The place was clean, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again next year. 
Elevator went down temporarily and was quickly back in order again.
