Very good hotel. Room was good size, mineral water was provided. Check in was smooth and fast. Best of all it’s located just next to the JR Ikebukuro Station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around

The hotel is conveniently located near Haneda Airport. After exiting Tenkubashi Station, it's just a 100-meter walk to the hotel, though its entrance isn't very obvious. We arrived at noon and asked the staff to store our luggage. Later, when we checked in, our bags were already delivered directly to our room. The self-check-in machine made the process very easy and quick. The staff spoke excellent English, making communication smooth. The junior suite we booked was quite spacious, especially for Tokyo standards. The room was impeccably clean, and we had a view of planes taking off and landing at Haneda Airport from our window.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. While the price is certainly on the higher side, the view of the bustling train tracks and the sunrise was incredibly invigorating. Breakfast, though not the most varied I've encountered in my travels, offered excellent quality and a fantastic view. Its location directly above Tokyo Station, just one subway stop from Ginza, is incredibly convenient. Oh, and for those heading to the airport, the bus stop is nearby, and the ¥1500 service to Narita is a really convenient and budget-friendly option!

The hotel is a huge building with several wings. Despite the fact that we approached the reception at 2 p.m., we were refused check-in until 3 p.m. Such pettiness is disgusting - especially considering that this is a four-star (not 5 stars), expensive hotel. The air conditioner in the room sometimes started to ”growl” - we had to turn it off at night. The view from the window was of some industrial building, with huge, humming, industrial fans. There was a line for breakfast - we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a free table. As for the room itself - it is neither bad nor good - an ordinary room in a four-star hotel. Clean. Large TV. A good bed with a comfortable mattress. Unfortunately, I cannot give the hotel a high rating, since the cons of the hotel significantly outweigh the pros.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Sendai station.  Convenient to go anywhere.   Shopping mall, restaurants around the hotel.    Guest room is spacious, clean and tidy.   We will definitely accommodate here when we visit Sendai again in future.

It has a huge room and a great location. Right at the doorsteps of many shopping malls.

We arrived late from an overseas trip but before the check in last call. Staff was friendly and thorough. The air conditioning seemed a bit weak but otherwise kept us cool. The rooms were western style, including the bathrooms and were well stocked. We didn't get a chance to eat there as we slept in until almost checkout. Beautiful place. Will likely stay there again in the future if we need another night in Morioka!

I stayed here on a business trip the other day. The location is very good, and it is directly connected to Morioka Station, so it was easy to get around. There are restaurants and convenience stores around the station, so I had no trouble finding something to eat. The room was clean, with a calm atmosphere and was comfortable. The desk space was spacious, and it was an ideal working environment. The free Wi-Fi was also fast enough that I had no problems using it for desk work. The front desk staff were very polite, and check-in and check-out were smooth.
