Onsen Papawaqa
"The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. However, since we checked in quite late, there weren't many dinner options available, and the indoor slippers provided were too small."
Tangyue Resort
"The environment is beautiful. The scenery is good. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The hot spring is comfortable. The breakfast is diverse. Overall it is worth it. It is a wonderful stay and hot spring memories. I will visit again if I have the opportunity."
Golden Tulip Aesthetics
"Stay was great, room was super nice and comfortable and my kids super love it. Will definitely recommend this place and also rebook if visit again"
Siang Tsao Yu Chong
"Beautiful property with modern rooms that have all expected amenities. Very limited English spoken by staff and owner but they try very hard to respond. I sent an email in English and they endeavoured to provide me assistance with a recommended driver even though they could not really speak English and must have had to seek help to translate my email. A short walk from the little village where the Shenxing station for the old mountain line rail bike ride is located . The village is fun- so should go by and spend some time. It is a modest sized minsu so it does indeed not have a lift, so try and travel light, although they provided help to take up my luggage to the upper floor which I very much appreciated. Breakfast is a modest portion but I felt the quality was good - very fresh and good range of vegetable and fruits with a little meat and an omelette for protein. They do offer noodles that can be replenished for those who have a heartier appetites"
Shine Mood Resort Yuanli
"The counter staff didn't proactively introduce the facilities. The breakfast selection was quite extensive and the taste was decent."
F Hotel Sanyi
"A great choice!"
Metiyuan
"The family room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. The next morning, we were too late for breakfast, but the landlady kindly saved some for us until 10 am – we were so touched! The only downside was that the massage chair in the room was slightly malfunctioning, which was a real shame."
Sunrise Spring Hotel
"Check-in at the front desk was quick. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hot spring was very relaxing. Breakfast was simple yet delicious (served until 10:00 AM). The slightly later check-out time (11:00 AM) was perfect; it allowed us to sleep in, go down for breakfast, then return to the room to relax a bit before leaving. There was absolutely no pressure to rush check-out, which is common elsewhere."
Grow Tree Glamping
"Comfortable environment, talkative owner. Good location, easy to reach. When showering at night, I found there was no hot water; the gas cylinder needs replacing. This could have been avoided with a more thorough inspection; it would be quite frustrating in the cold winter. Everything else was fine; I recommend visiting."

CIM MENG ROU Holiday Villa
"The environment is great, the service is very good and patient, and they are willing to accompany guests and wait for guests even when it is very late. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. You can pick strawberries nearby, but unfortunately it rained so we didn't go. . The cat in the shop seems a bit fierce, so I don't dare to approach it."
Grand Royal Hotel
"Convenient and comfortable."
Westlake Resort Hotel
"You can spend two days in the resort without any problem. It is very suitable for bringing children and family."
Cedarwood Villa
"The service in the restaurant is excellent and it is also child-friendly. Although it is reserved for adults, there are also small items for children."
Hulagarden
Quan Ming B&B
"The facilities were quite basic, but acceptable."
Sanyi Blossom Art Village Holiday Club
"Visited in April... The local guesthouse had a very clean and spacious room. The guesthouse entrance was a bit narrow, so drivers need to be very careful with the surrounding traffic. The first room upon entering felt like the reception, so I stopped to inquire. The staff seemed quite relaxed in their work. I had booked the room in advance via an app, specifically choosing this place because it was advertised as pet-friendly. I also called ahead to confirm and made a note in my reservation. However, upon arrival at the front desk, I still had to proactively inform them that I had a pet with me, as they charge a deposit and a pet fee (the deposit is refundable upon check-out). Parking was a free-for-all; cars were parked haphazardly in front of any building where a space was available. It wasn't allocated to your specific room/building. I believe this needs improvement 😮💨. I was staying in one building, but my car ended up parked three or four buildings away, which was really inconvenient for loading and unloading. Then there was breakfast the next day. Online reviews made it sound good, but in reality, it was a tiny space with only a few limited dishes. The coffee and soy milk were incredibly sweet, to the point of being undrinkable. I was very disappointed. What upset me the most was that despite being advertised as a pet-friendly guesthouse, they wouldn't allow my dog into the dining area for breakfast. We were flat-out denied entry. When I tried to discuss it, they claimed it was to avoid disturbing other guests. However, there were only two other guests in the dining room, seated further inside. I suggested we could sit at the table closest to the entrance, in the corner – just a small spot for him to be. But they firmly refused, and I was absolutely furious. If they had informed us of this rule either beforehand or during check-in, I would have understood and we could have taken turns eating breakfast. But we had all come down for breakfast without having eaten yet, and they expected us to just leave our dog outside?! I was utterly enraged. I really hope the guesthouse can clearly state that pets are not allowed in the dining area, or at least specify conditions (e.g., pets must be in a stroller or carrier) for entry. This would help other pet owners avoid such an unpleasant surprise. Ultimately, it was a genuinely clean and spacious accommodation, but the staff's attitude left a very sour taste in my mouth."
Amani motel
"The service is friendly, the KTV playlist is novel, and breakfast is a McDonald's breakfast coupon. The room comes with bottled water, drinks, drink tea bags and instant noodles. A very pleasant family travel experience! The house provides indoor mops, but if you consider the safety of the bathroom for the elderly and children, it is recommended to bring your own personal waterproof and non-slip slippers, because the bathroom is really spacious!"
