Neither the website nor the hotel provided any explanation. I hope the information will be more transparent in the future! The room's soundproofing wasn't very good; I could hear conversations next door and footsteps upstairs! The hot spring tub in the room was quite large, and the view from the balcony in the morning was nice. Overall, it was a good experience during my stay!"
