A small opinion, the guest rooms need to be renovated and painted, the facilities in the bathroom need to be updated (leakage), the bed sheet sets and pillow covers need to be updated, (rough)

My guest complained bedsheets very black in colour, maybe too long used & dirty colour & cant clean well to white.
