Generally we were very satisfied with our stay, the room was spacious and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were modern and efficient. If we were to nitpick, the breakfast was just plain simple only. You could get better food in the city or just order takeout. The takeout robot is one of the perks here. Tian Tian Zhou Zhou was especially helpful when we were checking out with bags of tidbits and goods.

Superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they give much more than we expect on every way. The location is near by Tianjin eye along Haige main river . The night view is perfect . The amenities make us impress since walk into hotel w welcome hot drink & snack. At some night provided boiled rice to make you warm. Has free laundry that easy to use. High recc 🥰

Pros: Good location next to Hai river, Close to popular attractions such asTianjin Eye, Riverside walk, St Mary's Catholic church, old Cultural old streets, DaBei temple etc. Comfortable spacious executive deluxe room with solid well designed furniture 3 clothes washer & dryers in laundry room on L2. Gym & Yoga room There is Chinese Halal cafe serving authentic northern Chinese cooking and alcohol lic beverages. Cons: only 2 lifts servicing the whole hotel ( 300 rooms over 7 floors). Breakfast buffet seating like canteen as well as canteen food quality. Our executive deluxe room at level 7 (top floor) overlooking dirty roofs of neighbouring old buildings.Room no tea cup.

I had a pleasant stay at UrCove Hyatt with comfy bed, smart controlled amenities and wide spread of breakfast. The bed is so comfy, just that the room is quite dusty that’s need to be improved. Hair dryer is Dyson which is impressive

Great location just right at conner of Jing Gang bridge,[ 10 minutes ride from Tianjin WEST train station] my room could see the Tianjin Eyes, clean and separate shower and blow, huge spaces room, Laundry and dryer provided extremely convenient Breakfast are varieties , be able to walk at the river side, the hotel manager was so nice, helping to book a ride back to the train station and help with the luggage. I recommend staying there. NO NEED to book the room with a window [cheaper] because every night we come back to the room after 10pm anyway, all the street lights are turned off. stay here is the best

Room super clean, staff helpful and never say no to our request. Best laundry room ever. It is commercial washer and commercial dryer. They even gave us free breakfast coupon - average breakfast nothing fancy. Toilet is clean, shower has strong water pressure. Walking distance to the eye of Tianjin and some night market. For us we travel everywhere via a cab/taxi/Didi as the price is quite cheap. Their shower gel and body shampoo smell so good. Overall is a great hotel and will definitely stay again.

The location is great, and the amenities and services were very good. Overall, I really enjoyed everything about the hotel. The only downside was that there weren’t many restaurants or shops nearby.

Despite the long cleaning time, the room still reeked of smoke. It's truly unreasonable that two elderly guests, both over 70, had to wait for over an hour for the room to be cleaned, only for it to still be unsatisfactory. Perhaps I had too high expectations from other reviews, which led to significant disappointment. The location is indeed excellent, but the breakfast was very mediocre. The facilities, even for a new hotel, are quite ordinary. The bathroom completely lacked any anti-slip treatment or even a non-slip mat; there was only a warning sign. Are guests expected to prevent falls by sheer willpower?

I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by Hyatt Tianjin Eyes. The front desk staff were extremely kind and professional, and I really appreciated how quickly they responded to my messages before arrival. They went above and beyond to help me secure an early check-in, which made my trip much more comfortable. The hospitality and attentiveness of the team made a great first impression, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tianjin. It is located in the center of town which is very close to Tianjin Eyes, Canal and Ancient Town.
