"This is the best hot spring hotel I've ever stayed in. I will go there again in the future. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and smile every day. If the next hotel can be refunded, I would like to stay a few more days."

"One of our favourite onsen hotel stays during Tottori trip. The room is clean and very comfortable. The public onsen is quite large with different types of onsen baths with indoor and outdoor area. Fun dipping and relaxing in different pools. Man and women bath will swap between morning and evening, so we got to enjoy both. The washing area is clean and large, not only have the usual shampoo and body wash, there are facial wash, face scrub and foot scrub as well. Kaiseiki Dinner was fantastic and delicious. The service staff was very friendly and tried his best to explain the dishes in a mix of Japanese and a little bit of English. The shuttle bus service from Kurayoshi Station to the hotel make it very convenient."

"Although it's a little far from the hot spring town, I stayed here because I wanted to relax in a hot spring at a reasonable price. The spring water, which contains radon, was good quality. However, the floor of the indoor bath felt slippery compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The open-air bath also seemed a little hot for the summer. Since it's an old hotel that opened in the Showa era, the rooms were average, but there were no particular issues with cleaning or anything else. The food was well-stocked and well-seasoned. The kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) and various delicacies were good. The staff were also very friendly. There was no hair dryer in the room, and there was only one key, which was a bit inconvenient. I think it's a good place to relax at a reasonable price."

"I stayed for one night from January 31st. The inn is a very historic building, and it has about five different indoor baths, including a slightly larger public bath, which I was very happy with. The meals were served in a private room, and there were many appetizers and fish dishes, which were excellent. Due to the heavy snow, there wasn't much to see around the inn, so I spent my time in a very quiet atmosphere. I would like to visit again during the warmer season."

"The waitress was terrible. I was expecting a relaxing stay because they seemed to have a good reputation for customer service, but it was a disappointment. When I asked my children if they wanted more rice at dinner, the waitress said, "Wait a minute! We're handing out the tempura now! Mom, don't be so hasty!" I felt like I was being mocked. Also, when my husband ordered a chuhai and I ordered a beer, she said, "So your wife drinks beer, I thought it was the other way around," and when my child tried to dip the tempura in the ponzu sauce for the yakiniku, she said, "That's meant to be eaten with salt!" There were many comments that were upsetting. At breakfast, I asked another employee to change the waitress, so the morning waitress was nice. However, even though they must have known that I was upset when I asked to be changed, there was no apology from that point until check-out."

"If you bring your own amenities, they will exchange it for a 200 yen gift certificate. There is also a family bath, which costs an additional 2200 yen, but it was a great service for families with children. There were many shops within walking distance, so the location was good."
