"During covid, along with another couple, we paid $400 for 2 vouchers for Mitchelton could not be redeemed at the time. We have tried to redeem these vouchers this week only to be told they had expired and would not be honoured. I understand the vouchers are past the expiry date however as I explained to Tom the manager we have used and paid for the hotel and restaurant since then but had chosen not to us the vouchers as we wanted to share the experience with the other couple. I find this extremely disappointing that a major hospitality business will take the money and refuse to provide a service. While we have supported this business in the past we no longer will."
