I have two hotel confirmation #, but the front desk only let me check in for one room, and said that the other booking has been cancelled over one month ago. But I did not do any cancellation nor received any cancel notice from trip. com.

I’ve enjoyed our time with you and would stay again if we ever would come back to Moab.

Very nice and tidy

A perfect base for exploring Archess and Canyonlands National Parks. The hotel is located in the heart of Moab. There's plenty of parking. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The breakfasts are typical American fare, something no one in Europe would eat, but for the US, they're above average.

The room is large, clean and sanitary, with good facilities. There is also an outdoor heated swimming pool. The location is very good, in the center of the block, very convenient for travel, good breakfast, and warm service.

It was very good. The room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied. The location was also good, with restaurants and fast food restaurants within walking distance. It was an environment where you could walk even in the dark. We left the hotel early in the morning to head to Delicate Arch, so unfortunately we weren't able to have breakfast, but I would definitely like to use it again when I come to Moab again.

Good hotel, clean, good location, has microwave, in town, 10 minute drive to Arches National Park. Recommend this place.

In this deserted valley town, such a hotel is quite rare. It meets all your needs, the breakfast is of great quality, and there is free coffee, milk, hot chocolate and hot water in the lobby!
