We stayed here for my 40th. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a thoughtful birthday note and mini cupcakes!! You immediately feel so relaxed! You can hear the ocean from your room…overall refreshing and relaxing experience. The staff was so nice. Quick walk to the beautiful beach. The pool was perfectly heated. Thank Hero staff for making my bday special! I’ll never forget it :)

Wonderful rooms, very thoughtful staff, beautiful grounds. The beach access includes chairs and very comfortable bean bags for lounging. The pool was also lovely. Very close to everything in town, we walked most places. Would definitely stay here again!

The Hero Beach Club is the perfect place for a relaxed stay at the Hamptons. Very friendly staff, a beautiful and warm pool and lots of possibilities nearby. Definitely the best place to stay in Montauk👍🏻

I would come here again and again and again. Service, smiles, location and coffee is great :). I am from California and this hotel and the town remind me of all things good about Northern Cali beaches. Rooms clean, beds comfy and get an ocean view room. It is worth it.

We visited the hotel from wed to wed on a NYC to montauk getaway. We had an excellent stay. Friendly staff, comfortable location great beach access. The rooms are spacious and the garden is beautiful. We felt at home. Clean, and stylish. 5 stars.

The room was bright and spacious with white linens and relaxing pillow mist to spray before bed. The staff was friendly and informative. The location was great with beach access at your doorstep and a short walk to town. Going back in September!

Came here for a weekend to celebrate my anniversary during off season. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was beautiful, comfortable and the location was phenomenal. Right off the beach, parking was easy and literally walking distance to the town! Although things were closed we came here for a nice relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we received ! Would absolutely love to return in the summer with more people !

Excellent hotel. Super comfortable and cozy. Front desk area is fun and lively. Beautiful styling and very clean. Stayed here for a 40th birthday party and had a blast. Perfect location and solid team running it. We are coming back for sure.

Stylish and cozy vibe with a beautiful yard space and awesome beach access ! Loved the cushy beach bean bag and the nice big hammocks. Sagel and Alex made me feel at home. Perfect location for walking around town. Rooms are very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and nice plush towels. The amenities are lovely with all kinds of goodies. Loved the peach Kombucha.
