Facilities: This is a well-established hotel. While it offers all the essential amenities, its style and decor definitely show their age. Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were excellent, and daily housekeeping was very thorough. Location: Situated very centrally in Moscow, it boasts convenient transportation and lovely views. The only slight drawback is the occasional noise from motorcycles roaring past outside the window, but I understand this is often unavoidable in such a prime location. Service: My interaction with the service staff was limited due to a language barrier and not having opted for breakfast, so I can't comment extensively on their service quality.

Our stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Moscow. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

This isn't a 5-star hotel. 3 stars at most. It's a very dated hotel. What struck me most about this hotel were the gray, old towels and bed linens with holes in them. I understand the furniture is old, but mattresses that sag and springs that press into my back are bad. I booked 3 nights, stayed 2, and moved to another hotel. Of course, TRIP didn't refund the money for the third night, accusing the hotel of allegedly not wanting to refund it. The breakfasts are good, but they used to be better, but I'm grateful for that.

The hotel is nice and the location is great, but there are two employees at reception, a man and a woman (I don't know their names exactly), whose attitude is bad. It would be better if the bedrooms were soundproofed from the street because at the end of the night you feel like you're sleeping on the street due to the noise from cars. 🙂

The room is old, but the hygiene is OK The location is very good. Not far from the Red Square and the Kremlin. It is next to the Kuznetsovskaya metro station and has convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and bars next to the hotel. It is quite lively. However, the disadvantage is that there is a bar next to it that is open until 6 o'clock. If you live in a room facing the street, it will affect your sleep. The waiter service is very good and can speak English. He will take the initiative to help with luggage. Compared with the price, it is recommended.

Excellent location. It covers everything. Not my first stay. The hotel is a bit old, but still cozy. I didn't take breakfast this time, because I had a meeting outside the hotel. Last time the breakfasts were good.

The furniture is very old and the towels are old and thin and not clean. The biggest problem was the shower. The water was completely cold for about 3 minutes at first. After the hot water came out, the temperature could not be adjusted. It only came out very hot water. There was no toothbrush provided as a supplement. It took two phone calls before it was delivered. The front desk staff was very indifferent, their English was not very fluent and they had a heavy accent. The front desk and luggage staff rarely smiled. The lobby and elevator were filled with a very strong and pungent smell of perfume. The revolving door at the main entrance was under repair and the wires were exposed outside... This was the most expensive and worst five-star hotel on this trip to Russia. Be sure to avoid it! ! !
