"The hotel was decent. Restaurants are just a short walk away (straight ahead, then a right turn), and guests can even buy groceries and cook their own meals. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they printed my invitation letter, flight tickets, and hotel itinerary at no charge, and also assisted me with ordering food delivery and arranging taxis. It's conveniently located very close to the airport, and even after checking out today, getting to the bus station by taxi only took about 5 minutes."

"We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms."

"I am quite satisfied with the hotel. I have booked two rooms with a 4-star rating. The transportation is very convenient next to the main road on the outskirts of the city. Parking is also very convenient for self-driving cars. It is also very convenient to go to Buna Spring and not far from the old city. The breakfast is also good. Mostar is really hot. Therefore, insulation is very important for new air-conditioned hotels."

"100% recommended. Karsten the host was one of the friendliest and most helpful we have met. He provided us with an infinite amount of recommendations, information and tips to make our stay easier. He even waited up until 0130 for our arrival due to delays on our coach arrival. The apartment is perfect. Brand new and spotless with everything you could possibly need. It is in a quiet area whilst still being only 15 minutes walk to the old bridge area. If staying in Mostar we would definitely say to take a look here. Thanks again Karsten"

"we were herw second time. with friends. position is perfect . near of the the old city and really quiet. everything was clean and good equipped . if you have the car, its good to make arrangement for parking inside. its not enough parking lots."
