"We were visiting friends in the Mt Dora area and they told us to try this historic beauty. The building was lovely. Staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was fine for an old structure with beautiful decor. Unfortunately, the floor in our room along with the bed and even the sink faucets were squeaky which got annoying. I guess old allows squeaky but it got annoying. We did not try the restaurant because we were visiting our friends but it looked lovely and you could dine indoors or on their front porch with a view of Lake Dora. We would stay here again on a future visit. Only reason for my 4 rating was the squeaks but probably no way around that on a wood structure this old,"

Quality Inn & Suites Mt Dora North

"First, I ordered a non-smoking room and you scheduled me for a smoking room. When I got to the facility, there was trash everywhere. They moved us to a supposed non-smoking room ut when we entered, the entire place smelled of cigarette smoke. Additional trash on the stairs and grounds where we had to park. We left immediately and searched for another hotel. I would like a refund for this stay."

"Our visit to Mount Dora and the Adora Inn was the cap-off of a bit of a local holiday for us. Seldom do we take time to visit our own state, but decide to do a drive for a week hitting some high points. We decide to visit Mount Dora on the way home to Jacksonville and see the town. Friends from St. Petersburg suggested a stay at the Adora Inn, raving about the comfortable rooms, the fine breakfasts and the gracious hosts, Arthur and John. They weren't wrong. We, too, enjoyed our two-night stay in a quiet, comfortable (and spotless) place. It was the perfect ending to our re-discovery of our home state!"

"My wife and I did a 2 night stay for birthday weekend and we absolutely loved this place. Marji and her daughter's hospitality was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful! You must try their fresh baked nut bread! Just try not to eat too much before the delicious main course because it us soo delicious! The atmosphere is very cozy, clean, and quiet. The location is close to down town to where my wife and I walked everyday. Definitely recommend a stay here. It felt like home away from home!"
