The hotel has its own catering service, and dinner can be ordered and eaten in your room, which is very convenient. The hotel butler service is excellent and responsive. Rooms have oxygen concentrators, and the underfloor heating is powerful. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, but it's recommended to go early, as the kitchen staff finishes work at 9:00, and there's not much food left. Cleanliness could be improved. Early mornings are a good time to drive to the upper and lower reaches of the lake to watch the sunrise.

The hotel is located within the Ranwu Lake scenic area, within walking distance of the lake. The hotel is also very new, with spacious rooms and thoughtful design. There are plenty of power outlets, which is very convenient for tourists like us. The young man at the front desk was very welcoming; he came out to help us with our luggage as soon as we parked. The hotel also has underfloor heating and oxygen supply, which is fantastic.

The room was meticulously clean; the floors and tables were spotless, and the bathroom was pristine with no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable stay. Both the front desk and room service were exceptionally attentive, promptly handling any requests with a warm and friendly attitude. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and quiet, and the panoramic floor-toceiling windows offer expansive views. The in-room projector, which is free for members, was a fantastic bonus for a movie buff like me. It was a perfect stopover during my road trip, and I'll definitely choose this place again.
