Good
GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the underfloor heating and air conditioning were super convenient, so it never got cold at night. Waking up early, you could head out to catch the sunrise and explore the grasslands, which was really pleasant. The service was also excellent; they offered pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area's visitor center.

AAiyo~weiyaWhen I first decided to go to the boudoir, I simply wanted to bring 4-and-a-half-year-old children to experience the characteristics of Kazakh and feel the lifestyle of different ethnic groups. result... Surprise 1: Here at the high point of Saihu, you can watch the sunrise when you get up, and you can also watch the entire Saihu. For adults, this view is absolutely amazing. Surprise 2: The boss is a family of three, the son is a handsome guy in Kazakh, is the best Mandarin at home, communication with customers is him, communication is completely barrier-free, the family is particularly simple and enthusiastic, ask everything is to get it will try to satisfy. Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. This is really a picture that children like. Play with dogs, talk to lambs, ride horses and ride horses all the time... There is also the difference between sheep dung and cow dung. Because it's visible everywhere, it's natural. Surprise 4: For dinner, I ordered mutton skewers, clear lamb chops, hand-caught rice, two big and one small actually did not finish, the weight was very large, and the taste was very good. The clear mutton soup has no stew at all (it is best to order it in advance, because the clear mutton soup will take about 2 hours) Of course, since you choose a boudoir, you must be prepared in your heart. If you can accept the following content, you can choose: 1) There is no separate toilet, there is a dry toilet, and you can't take a bath. 2) The room is a heater, you have to add carbon at night, otherwise you will not stick to the next morning. 3) Clean and tidy standards should be benchmarked against similar boudoirs rather than five-star hotels. Overall, if I come here next time, I will still choose this boudoir.

GGuest UserThis thousand-word glowing review focuses on Lily from the front desk of the Tamar Hotel, highlighting her meticulous service and the pleasant surprise of ski passes and hot spring vouchers. It's rich in detail, genuinely heartfelt, and ready to be used. Tamar Hotel - Front Desk Lily: Sincerity in Every Detail, Warmth Throughout the Journey During my stay at the Tamar Hotel, what truly stood out wasn't the exquisite lobby or the comfortable rooms, but rather Miss Lily from the front desk, with her gentle demeanor and thoughtful attention to guests' needs. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and meticulous care transformed a routine check-in into a heartwarming memory, allowing me to genuinely experience the Tamar Hotel's 'guest-first' service philosophy. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, Lily proactively rose to greet me with a warm smile. Her voice was soft yet energetic, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. During check-in, her movements were swift and the process clear, making the entire experience efficient and smooth, without any delays. From verifying information and handing over the room card to explaining hotel facilities and important notices, every step was handled with rigorous attention to detail. She even intentionally slowed her speech and patiently answered my questions, ensuring I didn't miss any crucial information. Noticing my travel gear, she thoughtfully inquired about my itinerary and recommended nearby attractions, even providing details on transportation and optimal travel times – her thoughtfulness far exceeded my expectations. What truly impressed me was Lily's innate thoughtfulness and care. She noticed my interest in leisure activities and not only introduced the hotel's recreational areas but also proactively mentioned special hotel perks, discreetly preparing ski passes and hot spring vouchers for me. As she handed them to me with both hands, she gently said, 'I know you've had a tiring journey. Skiing for relaxation and hot springs to unwind – I hope these make your trip more enjoyable.' This unexpected surprise left me both amazed and touched. The ski passes and hot spring vouchers were more than just a perk; they were a testament to Lily's genuine effort to understand guests' needs and deliver exceptional service. Lily's professionalism and gentle nature were evident in the smallest details. She always presented documents and room cards with both hands, bowing respectfully – a clear display of excellent etiquette. Seeing my numerous bags, she proactively offered to help carry them, carefully guiding me to ensure I reached my room smoothly. During my stay, whenever I approached the front desk with questions, Lily always responded immediately, listening patiently and answering thoroughly. Even for trivial matters, she never brushed them off, always providing a response and following through. When I passed by the front desk, no matter how busy she was, she would always look up and offer a warm smile, and a simple greeting made me feel incredibly welcome. Her thoughtfulness was hidden in every subtle moment: reminding me to dress warmly and safeguard my belongings while skiing; informing me of the hot spring area's operating hours and precautions, along with helpful tips; and, concerned that I might be unfamiliar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining how to use various services. She truly anticipated guests' needs and acted on their behalf. There was no deliberate flattery, only genuine, heartfelt care; no perfunctory procedures, only down-to-earth dedication. This pure sincerity was more moving than any elaborate service. Through Lily, I witnessed the high standards and professionalism of the Tamar Hotel's front desk service. She is professional, enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful, transforming a simple role into a conduit for warmth. Her every action and word exemplified the essence of quality service. A ski pass and a hot spring voucher may be small gestures, but they carry immense thoughtfulness; constant reminders and repeated assistance may be minor details, but they culminate in the most heartfelt warmth. Upon checking out, Lily still saw me off with a smile, repeatedly reminding me to travel safely and inviting me to visit again. Looking back at the Tamar Hotel's lobby, Lily's busy yet gentle figure became the most memorable sight of my trip. Thank you, Lily, for filling my journey with warmth and surprises through your exceptional attention to detail and genuine kindness. Thank you, Tamar Hotel, for nurturing such outstanding employees who make every guest feel at home with their heartfelt service. On my next visit, I will still choose the Tamar Hotel, solely for this heartwarming service and for Miss Lily, the thoughtful and gentle lady at the front desk. I wish Lily success in her work and all the best, and I wish the Tamar Hotel continued growth and success, warming more travelers with its attention to detail and sincerity.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time! Very satisfied, must be five stars!

LLuobodelizhideluoliHighly recommended hotel! It's a detached villa design, so no elevator, but a butler kindly helps with luggage, which was excellent. It's also very close to Sayram Lake. They upgraded our room, and I absolutely loved the decor. The bathroom was huge, and you could even see Sayram Lake and the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the room. The breakfast restaurant was also spacious with great views. Recommended!

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a unique, camp-style vibe, and I highly recommend it for road trips. It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

GGuest UserConvenient transportation, easy parking, and close to scenic spots. The lobby is simple yet elegant, with a classic Chinese style and exquisite jade carvings. The room facilities are new, and the cleanliness is impeccable; the bed is spotless, and the service is prompt. A great stay; I'd come again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is marked as 35-40 square meters, but the actual area is about 25-27 square meters. There is no view of Sailimu Lake. The hotel is designed in a resort style. But the design of the room is bad. There is no place to put luggage, and the suitcase can only be placed on the floor. There are many hanging rods, which makes it difficult to ensure the cleanliness of the fruit stems. The twin room only has a small bedside table between the two beds. The toilet room has a partial glass brick wall facing the head of the bed. Turning on the light when going to the bathroom at night will cause great interference. The row of control switches at the head of the bed is very bright at night, which interferes with sleep. The door gap is large and cannot isolate noise and light. The hotel's breakfast is very good, and the auntie at the noodle stall also provides good service.
