Fortunately, after checking in, I felt that the hygiene was OK. It was relatively clean and I could drive my car to the door of the room. Overall, it was OK."

"A beautiful hotel but lacking in amenities. Service was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great except the waiters kept forgetting/ignoring our requests and displayed slight signs of ******. We walked into our room one morning after breakfast to see the cleaning lady there so we greeted her but she ignored us and continued to clean our room. There was a lot of hammering noises outside our room around 11pm every night which I believe to be the staff dismantling something from the wedding party earlier in the evening. We even had to wait in a line for nearly 10 minutes just to check out of the hotel! Might come again for the restaurant but unfortunately will not want to stay at this hotel again."

"If you're taking the cabar exam, choose this place. The location is superb, with a direct path from the hotel's back door to the exam venue. It truly allows for a 30-second arrival at the 'battlefield'. You can even go back to your room for a quick nap at lunchtime. The location is truly fantastic. It's definitely the biggest highlight. The colorful graffiti in the picture is the hotel's back door, and where I'm standing is the entrance to the exam hall. I wouldn't choose this hotel if it weren't for the exam, but if it is, then go for it – it's incredibly close. However, the air conditioning unit is an indoor type, and it's incredibly, incredibly noisy."

"I arrived at around 9pm and checked in at the service area on the first floor of the hotel (the breakfast area the next day). The service area was locked and there was only a small window similar to a bank counter for submitting your passport. We curiously asked if this area was unsafe, and the answer we got was that it was safe. Who was the bulletproof glass window meant to protect against? The room is large, the facilities are new, and the hygiene is quite good. However, because the window faces the corridor, it is basically impossible to open it and the curtains must be kept closed. In fact, it is a motel."
