After finishing my errands, I took my children to play. There are also many delicious food nearby. When we came back, the little girl at the front desk was very special. We were very enthusiastic. When we got back to the room, it had been cleaned. The waiter said that the weather was hot and we had children with us, and they gave us extra mineral water.

The hotel lobby is large and there are flowers, equipped with intelligent robots. The front desk service was very good and gave us a free upgrade to the room type! The rooms are very clean and tidy, all intelligently controlled, the room attendants are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to send us a few more bottles of water, the restaurant is also very large, the breakfast is very fresh.

這次入住體驗真的太太驚喜了！從進門開始就被圈粉——前台小姐姐笑容特別親切，辦理入住超快，還主動告知了周邊的停車和遊玩建議，第一印象就滿分。   房間更是沒話説，衞生做得超細緻，床單被套帶着淡淡的清香，地板擦得能反光，連衞生間的玻璃門都沒一點水漬，住着特別安心。空間佈局很合理，採光通風都不錯，床品軟硬剛好，晚上睡得特別沉，完全沒被外界打擾。   第二天去吃早餐更是意外，種類特別豐富，食材新服務員收餐盤也很及時，餐廳裏一直乾乾淨淨的。中途想借個充電器，客房服務幾分鐘就送來了，態度特別好。   整體下來，不管是衞生、服務還是餐飲都挑不出毛病，性價比超高，下次來肯定還住這兒！

Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.
