I recently stayed at the Grand Gardens Resort and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and the cleanliness and hygiene were commendable. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food—it was absolutely awesome and truly exceeded our expectations. However, we encountered a few challenges during our stay. We checked in around 1:30 PM, which was later than expected, and as a result, we found ourselves with too much to do in too little time. With the pool closing at 6 PM and the last booking for the spa also at the same time, we felt rushed to fit everything into our schedule. After checking in, getting fresh, and having lunch, we were constantly on the go. The resort itself is expansive, but the pool felt quite small for the number of guests. Even though not everyone was in the pool at the same time, it still felt crowded. Unfortunately, the spa was the most disappointing part of our stay. It was a 10-minute walk outside the main resort area, located in a rather shady cottage, which didn’t provide the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. While there were numerous amenities available, the high number of visitors made it difficult to fully enjoy or participate in any activities. Despite these drawbacks, we will definitely visit again, primarily for the excellent stay and food experience.

Stayed here as my base to visit some forts and hill stations of Maharashtra (Kalsubai, Harihar, Ratangad). Good location as it's close to Igatpuri station (arrival point) and on the main highway about an hour from each fort. Pros: Fast room service with good food. Great convenient location, was easy to catch a ride during the day and night. Good WiFi. Responsive and helpful staff. Well kept premises, no trash, nice trees and nice view from swimming pool. Nearby small shop with drinks and snacks Cons: One towel was not clean, with yellow stains No liquid shower gel, only bar soap

The hotel was good, rooms were big and spacious and clean. Only issue we had was, we got one of the room keys very late ( nearly 6 hours late, which we felt was way too late. Would request the owner not to take customers for granted next time, we adjusted in another room as we had that option. Apart from that, we were happy with the stay, the staff was good and helpful

Beautiful property with amazing views. The Riverine Stays is a best stay with affordable prices. Staff is really really helpful. Excellent hospitality. The property offers amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, air-conditioned rooms, and an on-site restaurant. Food is very nice. ! Overall experience was very good. Would love to visit again.

We really had a pleasant stay, this is a good hotel for a family. Before check-in we were worried about cleanliness and pests as we were traveling with 3month old baby. But when we saw rooms it was a relief. We were happy to see clean and tidy rooms. The staff is also very co-operative and helping.
