The location is perfect at the central area, walking distance to walking street. The cleanliness and service is generally good.

The front desk service is not so good, even I reached and checked out also no one to service. This is a 5-star hotel, but service at 1 star only. The rest so far OK.

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

The hotel is a good place to stay, we enjoyed it so much the first time we stayed back in February. We booked it again this time but felt the cleanliness was a little under standard but overall this hotel is a good stay.

You have to leave your car keys when you park your car. If you don't leave your car keys with the hotel, you won't be allowed to park nearby to get your luggage. The security guard was so fierce that we had a quarrel. There was no conditioner in the room, but I called and got a small bag.

This accommodation experience is very good. Because I was alone with a boy and wanted to go to the bath center, I couldn't take care of him. The little girl Chi Fengzhu in the hotel lobby helped to solve the problem in time and found someone to take care of the child to play in the naughty castle. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

I feel that Xiao Wang upgraded the room for free, the fruits in the room were nice, and there was a nightly turndown service. It should be the best hotel in Mudanjiang.

Very bad attitude towards Russian tourists. Terrible check-in. Everything was paid for and booked in advance, the receptionist, perfectly understanding that the tourists are from Russia, turns on the translator for any language, but not Russian. For a long time we could not understand why we were not being checked in and what they wanted from us, then through our translator we understood that we needed to pay an extra 1000 yuan for using equipment. Such conditions were not agreed upon, of course we refused to pay extra, after which we were told that all equipment would be taken out of the room! Of course, I started to swear. The administrator came out to the noise, said that there was no need to pay extra, just a deposit of 500 yuan. We paid. We received the keys. They gave us the keys silently, they did not explain anything about what we could use, what was in the hotel, what was in the room. Sort it out yourselves. We went up to the room. On a very dirty light carpet. A suite. Unpleasant smell and very, very dirty carpets. The same dirty podium for the tea ceremony. And this is a suite! Two pillows for three. They didn't give us a third. We didn't pay extra 1000 yuan, they closed the minibar from us! I have never encountered such brutality. The TV didn't work. The kettle was leaking. The overhead shower also didn't work, the shower head was on a stiff hose. They didn't replenish the tea set or hygiene items. When we paid for a suite in a 5* hotel, we wanted to get maximum comfort, but we got hellish check-in and terrible attitude. This is a very, very bad hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The front desk staff is very friendly and considerate. The hotel environment is good. The breakfast samples are not many but they are all delicious. The fruit in the guest room is delicious. The room is clean and tidy. Very satisfied.

There was an unexpected surprise. The service staff (Shi Jing) was very considerate. Seeing that I didn't bring much Japanese drip coffee, she added two more bags for me. Every position in the guest room was also carefully cleaned. The facilities were also complete. The self-service laundry was free. The washing machine and dryer were Bosch brand, not ordinary domestic brands. It would be more perfect if the laundry room had a coffee machine and played light music. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends next time. 😊👍
