"Choosing the Hilton was a good choice. The Hilton brand truly guarantees quality, and the rooms are clean. The hotel is located in downtown Portland, close to the subway and a 10-minute walk from a large shopping center, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast room is quite large, costing $23, and the food is quite varied, with patient service. A nearby bus takes you to the city's main waterway."
"The location of the hotel is good, the room is clean and tidy, and the coffee is delicious. When we left, we dropped our mobile phone. Fortunately, the hotel called in time to inform us. I will choose this one next time I come to Portland."
"I was disappointed that they gave only 2 bottles of water daily even though there were 3 of us. The room also does not have a fridge and had a safe which did not work.
In addition, there was no self service laundrette where we could wash our laundry.
The cleaner who did our room did not do a good job with the toilet - I kept seeing the same cotton bud on the floor next to the bin for the whole time that I was there.
Also the room size is rather small for what should be able to accommodate 4 persons."
"The room is cozy, the bathroom is newly renovated, it comes with a bathtub, and it’s very clean which is important to a clean freak like me 😂 bed is comfy! Love the AC, definitely help a lot in summer.
Great location! Right in the heart of Portland, lots of restaurants nearby, very convenient."
"Great location, very convenient to everywhere!
The hotel environment is good, not noisy, and the sound insulation is OK!
The hot water supply is stable and the toilet has no odor!
The only problem is that breakfast is made to order, and when a large number of business travelers check in, breakfast is often not available in time!"
"The place was great but when I got there, the guy working started saying stuff like “ it’s quiet around here”, “Your not trying to party are you?” Then starts saying people have been coming there lately trying to do so, I assumed he stayed these things because I am
A AA woman. I reminded him of my age (while he’s holding my I.D btw) he then goes to tell me I have to pay a $200 deposit. Which I was told before booking the room was $50. So this brings me back to my race, this is being told to me AFTER i just spent nearly $200 just to get the room. So I am behind upset. "
"Western breakfast is simple and very close to the city. But it is a little more than 50 kilometers away from the Outlet in Woodburn. There is free parking. Easy parking"
"The location is in the city center, convenient and clean, and the service is good. There are good restaurants nearby. There are large shopping malls, hotel cleaning is done every two days, and the gym is also very useful. There is a microwave at the front desk which is very convenient."
"My husband, 2 sons and I stayed at the Inn at Northrup Station recently while in Portland visiting our daughter. The location worked out very well for us and everyone enjoyed the breakfast. The first night, our bathroom door squeaked when we got up in the middle of the night to use the facilities waking others in the room. I talked to the front desk in the morning and they came in and gave it some oil which worked perfectly to silence it during the night. Very much appreciated! The beds seemed smaller than normal queen sized beds but we had no way of verifying that. Luckily there was a pull out sofa in our room so one of our sons slept on that after the first night. The bed did seem smaller than our queen at home to my husband and me as well."

Great
JJudymorningLobby and room look amazing. Elevators fast and don’t have to wait too long. The staff are friendly but we asked for laundry bags but waited for so long at least 40 minutes. Breakfast area is good and food was ok. But not that many options to eat. Location is great! So close to downtown. Parking fee I think is 39-40? It was ok but still don’t get it why we need to pay for parking fee when you stay in the hotel( but I guess most of hotels are like that) I wish they had paper slippers in the room.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, there is a safeway supermarket around, and it is also close to the city center shopping mall, downstairs is a bar, you can drink and eat, very convenient, the front desk is very friendly, it is worth staying again.
AAine CaoThe location of hotel was perfect. Room was cleanliness. I just did not like the noise from heating at night , it was loud that made me could not sleep well.
GGuest UserWe fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck.
We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes.
If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.
JJoAnna McDonnellLet me start with cudos for Elizabeth at the front desk. I'd say she did everything in her control to make my stay excellent. GREAT customer service there. The van driver, however, made me feel unimportant. What????? We have to turn the van back around to return to the hotel to pick up a pilot? Even though you were late in picking me up and nearly making me late for my own connection? GACK!
I'd say the company puts a lot of money into the lobby and the exterior. Sadly, once you step off the elevator, everything is a little shabby, torn and run-down. Perfect to lure in the traveler who won't be coming back.
__WeChat41309****I stay at this hotel every time I come to Portland. There is a shuttle bus at the hotel airport and the front desk is very friendly.
There is a restaurant in the hotel. I think the food is pretty good. There is also a lake bar outside the restaurant. It is a special experience to eat in the evening while looking at the lake view.
AAdam ValentinerI would describe this as a hipster hotel with unique character to match the downtown area. My teenage kids did like the room and the adjacent coffee shop. However, I felt the room was a little small, especially the bathroom and the room could use some updating like more amenities like towel racks and storage for suitcases. Our room was not close to being recently remodeled so pictures can be a little deceiving. Bed was comfortable but I could hear people walking around above our room at night. I also struggled with parking found it very stressful trying to find parking, plan to spend around $40 a day on parking a day if you are driving around a lot. The overnight parking which is approx 10-15 minutes away walking distance is not on site and is only $20 a night, but it does not feel safe after 10pm to be walking around due to the homeless problem in the area. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel. I def don't feel like this was a 3 star hotel, I would give it a 2.5 out of 4 or 5 stars. The breakfast was a continental at best. Pastries with juice or coffee and fruit. Sometimes they provided yogurt or boxed oatmeal and oat milk but nothing special and get there before 9 am or there may run out of items. Portland has a lot of fun things to see but because of the homeless problem I would seek out recommendations for the best attractions and stir clear of the problem areas. Washington park and art museum were a lot of fun to visit. Multnomah Falls would be an all day trip and get there very early since parking is terrible or park off site and take tram in. I was also charged an additional fee of $25 a night which was not mentioned anywhere on the trip.com booking receipt.
GGuest UserLocation is great. Lots of places within walking distance, or a short drive. Service was quick, helpful, and friendly. The room was pretty clean. No bugs or anything, but the tub would take a while to drain which was the only downside in terms of cleanliness. Much like other Extended Stay hotels, it’s like a temporary apartment. Full size fridge, microwave, cable tv, a/c, and it has its own laundry room that takes coins or cards, which is a big help. Overall I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel for a trip that’ll last longer than a few days.
