"We were three days guest at the hotel and very satisfied. The hotel is dog friendly and the rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast was rich, although the mirror eggs had to be paid extra. But we only eat cooked eggs. Breakfast was served in the winter garden where you are really nicely sitting. To walk you are in the middle of the city in 10 minutes. The hotel is fitted with a keg track with gastronomy. So perfect for a meeting with friends or family."

"- Food is dirty (salad is not washed for example) - Food for kids are mainly fried - Vegetables are frozen ones - Adult dinner starts at 7.30pm, very late if you have small kids to put to sleep. - dresscode not adhered to, no dinner! It happens to my husband as he was wearing an appropriate short. We were on holidays in summer, what do they expect? - staff is overwhelmed cause understaffed so service is not that good Overall not worth it and things will not change as other reviews are similar."

"The facility is great, children are offered so much! We had the best weather and my son found the Bolzplatz, the Basketballplatz, the playground, the floating trip, the swimming pool next to and the minigolf grandios. Last is too expensive for eleven holes. The apartments are modern and nicely furnished. I could have renounced the bee street in the hallway. Wi-Fi did not work because my mobile data package is huge, it was not relevant for me and I didn't ask for it. I believe that children can spend the summer of their lives here. As an adult, I felt the food in the buffet restaurant as a conception. It's so noisy that you can't even understand your counterpart (lies on the architecture, one of the very nice served women said). There is a lot of choice, but quality leaves a lot to desire: breakfast with a rhein from the tetrapack; dry fish, dry gnocco, low pommes in the evening, I had to overcome. But my son found it with meeega and that's the main thing. I would consider come back again, but refrain from having dinner outside instead of eating and morning - eyes to and through;-)"
