"The hotel is in a very good location, clean, new, the breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. Especially the scrambled egg menu. All employees are polite and service-minded, ready to help at all times when needed. Sometimes the staff always asks if I need any help. From the hotel you can walk to Murree mall and Murree hill."

"Pool services are excellent and the swimming pool trainer name Jalal ahmed is a very cooperative and friendly trainer. A very elegant and high style pool located in northern area"

"My stay at Cecil by Pearl Continental was truly exceptional. What stands out the most is the courteous, helpful, and highly professional staff across all departments. From reception to housekeeping and room service, everyone goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Special appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Hussam Altaf, whose leadership clearly reflects in the hotel’s excellent service culture and attention to guest satisfaction. With its great location near Mall Road and outstanding hospitality, this hotel always feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Great experience, good atmosphere Rafaq, Hamza and Amaar were very professional hosts"

"The place was nice and reasonably priced. We booked a room that was parted with a washroom. One side had a king bed with TV, phone, etc while the other side had 2 single beds, that's perfect for a couple with 2 kids like us. The washrooms were not pleasant to use and were constantly stinking. (The water itself was stinky in the washroom) this is why I have deducted one star from the rating. There is a nice little play area with swings and a nice mountain view. The weather was pleasant with random rain showers. There was an indoor playarea also but it was closed during out stay. Food was decent. If the washroom issue is fixed, I'd like to visit again."

"Very nice location ..but they can add more facilities in what eve they charged the price"

"Hotel is great with astonishing views of the mountains and the valley, rooms were comfortable with moder design and the service was exceptional which is hard to find in murree. Kudos to the whole team"
