Mercure Muscat – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (3.5/5)
The hotel overall was nice — clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, a few things brought the experience down:
🚿 Shower temperature was temperamental, switching unpredictably between hot and cold.
❄️ AC in the room was inconsistent, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times.
🏊 Swimming pool turned green on the final day, which was disappointing and didn’t feel hygienic.
With a bit more attention to maintenance, this could be a much better stay.
