The room is OK. The rooms abroad are not as big as those in China, but they are safe and comfortable. There is a Shanghai restaurant opposite the hotel. The food is very good. I recommend going there to taste the authentic food.

This hotel is very well located for both shopping and walking. One small negative is that the Wi-Fi isn't great; when the hotel is full, it struggles. It should also be noted that there are 3 buildings under construction on the same street across from and near the hotel. The construction is only audible during the day.

Stayed many times, the room, breakfast, service is quite satisfactory, it is a more suitable place to stay in Port Alegre. The hotel is right next to the airport, but unfortunately the airport was flooded recently in the reconstruction process, and the connection to the drop-off service was also cancelled.

The overall health is good, and the details are still lacking.
Some service staff do not speak English, and the explanation will be not executed in place.

Weak hotel for what it offers. Regular location. Good deterioration of facilities, cutting gardens. Old sleeves with moof, bad shower, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure São Paulo Grand Plaza Paulista, and my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and the quality of the amenities provided.

For the colleague, the one he appointed was estimated to be close to the exhibition hall. He did not receive any other bad feedback and should be able to. Business travel is close

The hotel is in a good location, with good surroundings, a nice garden and a gym downstairs. Many families stay here. Although the breakfast is not rich, you can see that the restaurant is also attentive, and it is different every day. The only thing is that the room has a smell, the sound insulation is not good, and the two elevators are very small, and the elevators are blocked and crowded.

Hotel location is very good, the surrounding is also very safe, there are places to eat and shop, very close to the subway, the front desk is really enthusiastic, help answer many questions

This hotel is weird. The room is stayed in had a first and a second door. The first door looked like a service cupboard door. The room was tiny and while there was a nice big windows i guess it used to be a servant's room adjoining a master suite? Not sure, but it was definitely something else before. Anyway the room worked as a bedroom but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there long term other than for the breakfast that was excellent and in a gorgeous room. They also had these nice freshwater dispensers on each floor. The lifts are not coordinated but the art on the stairs made up for having to climb them. In all I would say it was like they had a lovely old building and didn't want to mess with its bones too much. However, in order to make it into a modern functioning hotel they had to make some changes, which then they did a bit sporadically and on the cheap.

The people are friendly and the service is excellent. They also offer water service, which saves you the trouble of having to buy it. It's also very convenient as it's close to the station.

The value for money was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well soundproofed. The breakfast was truly delicious. The small pool in the basement was more than enough to relax for a while.

One small drawback is that the hotel is a little far from the tourist sites, but everything was still within walking distance.

If I return to Lyon, I will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is super good, right on the pedestrian street. What's especially considerate is that the two rooms are arranged together with a door in the middle, which is very good! But the price is parking! Let's not talk about parking in big European cities, that's not the hotel's problem.

The location is great, in the heart of downtown Lyon, surrounded by lively places, very close to all attractions, within walking distance. The room facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable. The hygiene is good! The service is warm and meticulous. The hotel's breakfast is great and of high quality, and it is equipped with a freshly squeezed orange juice machine!

Overall, I am satisfied with the room condition and kindness! The subway station was right nearby, but it was a bit ambiguous at Lyon Padu Station.

It was a great place to sleep, would love to come back again! In the morning some tourists were a bit too loud, but that's not the hotel's fault.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve during the first snowfall. The reception staff were helpful, and slippers are available upon request. The hotel itself is simple and not fancy, but the location is excellent — right next to the train station, making trains and trams very accessible and easy for getting around the city. Breakfast also offers a good variety of options. Unfortunately, we left a cap in the room, and the hotel did not contact us about how to get it back.

Great location, just a short walk away from shops and restaurants and all the major sights. A comfortable room, average size for a couple but nice and clean. Comfortable bed for 2 people over 6ft. We didn't use the hotel restaurant but the option is there for breakfast and dinner. There are plenty of places locally to eat if you should choose to. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with advice on Christmas markets and what to see in a limited amount of time! The hotel also offered free walking tours, which we didn't get to go on but we would definitely factor this in for future trips. Overall a very pleasant stay, and not bad value for money for a central Vienna location.

The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around.

The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked.

The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped.

A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.

Very good hotel, very close to the surrounding attractions, actually sent all the drinks in my mini bar, the beer is rising, and will come to Vienna later.
