"Ive choosen this place cause its central, easy to access and 24h check in.
The room been spacious, clean, comfortable beds, complimentary coffee and dates in lounge.
They been helpful to organise a taxi for local prices to the airport.
Very polite and friendly staff.
The breakfast been compared to other hotels in Muscat a bit pale.
But I would still recommend it."

GGuest UserWe had booked a room for 2 nights with swimming pool view to finish our 15-day periphery in Oman. The young employee offered us a room with street view at our arrival. He was informed and this error was repaired immediately. Beautiful pool where you can really swimming, excellent breakfast, comfortable bedroom, beautiful beach nearby and excellent service of ”car Wash” at the nearby shell station to return our rent vehicles before returning to the grisall The hotel is a very nice hotel for the most important place to stay in the city.

— WiFi in room didn’t work the first day but after they fixed it.
—The biggest disappointment is that we requested no smoking room, but for a room with the smell of cigarettes, there was an ashtray on the shelf. It was very hot at night but we couldn’t use AC because the air coming from it had the awful smell of tobacco 🤢🤢🤢🤢
— there is no usual coffee at breakfast, only Omani coffee with spices. For normal black coffee need to pay extra.

EEllyIt was unfortunate we couldn’t get to check in earlier because we arrived earlier so we stayed at the lobby for 9-10 hours despite many emails sent to give them a heads up. Overall our stay was decent. Breakfast was good and service was good too.

There was no hot water. It's just a little warmer than that from the cold tap =)

Comfortable location, near cafe, and shopping center. Near the airport.
The room is a refrigerator.

Rosettas are not like in Russia. But there is a lyfhak as to insert Russian whips

SSarah HsWe stayed here for three nights, the counter is 24 hours, all the hotel staff are very polite, the two single beds are quite big, the bathroom shower water is large, very comfortable, breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning, it is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip that can use breakfast.

GGuest UserNice location in quiet residential area near beach. Hotel has limited parking on site. Public areas and rooms were clean. Receptionist tried to reduce to a single room from the double that I had booked. Pointed this out and was given a double ...... next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor.
Tried the pool which is on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. No towels available. I did ask a member of staff but none were forthcoming. Restaurant was empty and no bars were open as it was Eid. Service was polit and there was an extensive menu. Additional guidance on the menu explaining the dishes would have been helpful.
Bar and restaurant downstairs also closed.
Breakfast service staff were helpful and offered alternative options which were not laid out on buffet.

HHuhuhuhuhuhuhuzhuThe location is relatively remote and the hotel facilities are relatively old. The sheets and towels are not so clean. There are no facilities around. There are few places to eat. However, there is a exchange service at the front desk and the staff is generally friendly. The bath water has to be turned on a specific switch to have hot water. In addition, there is a construction site next to it, which is noisy during the day. The hotel does not have shower gel or anything, only a shampoo and soap. In addition, it is very expensive to buy breakfast at the store. The two-person suite is actually two double rooms that can accommodate four people. There is a kitchen, washing machine and everything. If you want to come to Oman, it is recommended to set a hotel near the mutrah market, which is much more convenient.
