"I have been in touch with Skepparholmen regarding my wedding. We made a reservation prior to the purchase of StureplansGruppen. The representative that helped us make the reservation left in December 2023 and a new person took their place in January 2024. I sent them an email after not hearing anything for a month (I had asked questions) and had to message them on Instagram to receive a response. I sent my last email on the 25th of January and have still not received a response. I have now emailed to ask them to cancel our reservation and expect a confirmation asap. I grew up in the area and we have had many dinners and SPA visits to Skepparholmen, but I won’t be returning after this. I don’t know if it’s the person or StureplansGruppen, but somethings very off. It’s very disrespectful not to reply for almost 2 months to a couple that are looking to spend their most important day with you, and pay you a lot of money to do so. Very disappointed!"
