"The resort and room was fantastic but 2 things that brought down the overall rating are: - No daily housekeeping. I would have thought that a resort of this caliber would include daily housekeeping but this is not the case here. - In the middle of the night, I think around midnight, we were woken up by loud pounding on the door. Resort security said he has a Grab delivery which wasn't for us. This was a first for me. Resort staff going around pounding on doors waking people up. Not acceptable at all."

"This is a small, but very new and clean hostel with nice shared spaces; dinning table, living room and kitchen. The hostel also offered free bicycles, snacks, breads, Coway drinking water, and instant noodles in the shared kitchen. All electrical appliances and kitchenware in the kitchen are new and trendy. Very comfy bed and TV/internet, etc. Disadvantage sides; it is quite stuffy inside the bathroom because no exhaust fan. Your health should be in good condition because there is no elevator. The magnified mirror provided, but no dressing table."

"The bed was super hard, giving me a terrible backache. There's no elevator, so I had to drag my luggage up the stairs. You also have to take off your shoes and aren't allowed to wear them into the room. Everything is self-service, there are no staff around. Plus, the parking is far away."
