Great location from the ferry. We stayed in a ground floor room that was nicely furnished. Hotel has a continental breakfast (boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, oranges, apples). Would stay again for the convenient location.

We had a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering good informatiin for island activities. (highway closure, local acyivities and such) The pool is a little cold but there is a nice hot tub jacuzzi option. The pools hours of availability are terrific, and allowed for plenty of time for fun The breakfast available with the stay offers a good basic variety of hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast and bagels juice and coffee or tea. Just one suggestiin would be to add aniyher ice machine, otherwise we are happy with our stay and found everything clean and enjoyable Again such friendly and helpful staff throughout. Great staff and a wonderful time at the pool ! Perfect location and a beautiful view of the water. The cleaning staff and Breakfast server were wonderful.

overall it was good.

Old hotel, rooms are all ba*****ts, air-conditioning is very loud, there is no elevator, luggage is moved downstairs by yourself, because of the rush to form a set, I do not recommend this next time to prepare in advance

Arrive at the island late at night, a hotel for a while, a hotel very close to the pier, with window-type air conditioners, the sound is a bit loud, an old-fashioned hotel, a large parking lot, breakfast is okay, people come and go in a hurry

I requested to cancel my reservation over the phone at 4 pm today. Scott was very helpful and understanding. He mentioned over the phone that I would get a full refund and will cancel my reservation. Great customer service. I was not happy with the facilities cleanliness which was my reasoning of cancelling.

Great place to lay your head down. We were only here for a short stay but the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Overall very nice hotel and relatively clean, pool and hot tub are clean and water is nice.

An older 2-storey hotel that doesn't look it's best in the winter but who does? The room was clean and I liked the separate living room area with the tv away from the bed. Very tight quarters in the bathroom but serviceable. The hot tub wouldn't bubble but the water was good and hot for a soak. Very nice Continental Breakfast with a nice variety of items. Good place for a night or two a short drive out of central Nanaimo.

Service was ok , restaurant was opening too late and closing too early to my liking.
