"We went to Kingaroy for the Labour Day long weekend and stayed at Hillview Cottages. We stayed in a particularly quirky little cottage known as “The Church.” According to our host, the cottage was originally a church in the nearby little community of Memerambi. The cottage was incredibly peaceful with beautiful scenery looking towards the Wondai State Forest. It had everything you could need including a spacious living area, kitchen and bathroom that included a spa. Continental breakfast was included and there was no shortage of food to get the day off to a great start. We stayed for two nights and could easily have stayed for longer. There are numerous things to do in and around Kingaroy and Hillview Cottages is a great spot to launch out from. The cottages are located a little outside of the town but that adds to the charm. We will certainly be back! Thanks to Sheralyn and Dan for their hospitality."

"Great place for waters sports and fishing walking ( the park is 1 km end to end) and just relaxing Very popular as its quite close to Brisbane for weekenders. Amenities are well maintained. A huge range of various sites available as well as glamping. "
