This hotel is located on a river island with excellent greenery. The rooms are well-maintained with a simple yet elegant design. For the same price, you get a much larger one-bedroom unit than a standard hotel room. Except for the lack of public areas, the cleanliness, service, and facilities are on par with a hotel. There's a shopping mall right next door, which makes for a very pleasant stay. My husband especially loved the gym, and the kids' club on the second floor is perfect for toddlers. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast quality.

This hotel is right by my home, so I used points for a stay, and I'm sorely disappointed. They asked for a 1000 RMB deposit at check-in, which is the first time I've encountered that in all the five-star hotels I've stayed at in Nanjing. The worst part was the pool service; I couldn't even get in because of all their excuses. The room's ceiling is also quite low, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable.

I frequently stay here and find the facilities to be quite solid. The rooms are spacious, and the price has dropped significantly compared to a few years ago. It's now comparable to budget hotels but offers much more space, making it very comfortable with a sofa and TV.

The front desk staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. After checking out, I realized I had left my luggage in the underground parking garage. I only discovered this after getting home! I called, fully expecting not to find it, but the duty manager Nicol and the front office supervisor Jasmine went above and beyond to help me. They communicated very actively with the property management, and with their assistance, my luggage was found. They even helped me arrange for a courier! I am incredibly grateful. During my stay, Xiao Ai at the front desk was always available and truly provided excellent service. The room was spacious and bright, had no strange odors, and was quite large. I always choose Yanlord hotels when I visit other cities, and I hope they continue to uphold this service philosophy, hehe.

If you're heading to Nanjing, this hotel is a good choice. It’s a serviced apartment setup, which is a massive win if you prefer room to breathe over a cramped hotel. Huge, immaculate, and quiet room. Having a proper living area, smart kitchen, and a washing machine makes a world of difference. 24/7 gym, good indoor pool, and a solid breakfast spread with a great live noodle station. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, too. Very good value for money. Plenty of space, great facilities, and hassle-free. Will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in town.

While the breakfast selection is relatively simple, it includes fruits, cold dishes, vegetables, meats, and freshly prepared vermicelli soup, noodles, and mini wontons, satisfying everyday needs. The staff are warm and friendly, making for an overall comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Here’s what NOT to do/how NOT to get a taxi from Nanjing South Station: 🍃 Waiting in the taxi queue: There are many people waiting, so it's very slow. 🍃 Ride-hailing inside the station (P2 parking lot, Channel 1): It's a long walk and quite hot, which was very unfriendly for us traveling with seniors and children – a tough lesson learned! 🍃 💡 **Pro-tip for ride-hailing (like Didi) at Nanjing South Station: Go to P6 or P7 parking lots. We tested it, and it's reliable, with an estimated wait of about 15 minutes!** Hotel: Renhe Baiwei Hotel (Jiangxin Isle) Weather ☁️: It started raining in late August in Nanjing, and the weather has been very comfortable these past few days. The room was incredibly dirty, and I even found spiders. I contacted the front desk, and they did change my room, but I still couldn't get a good night's sleep that night. Regarding the hotel staff, the female employees were decent, but a male staff member actually *laughed* when I explained my problem, which was completely unacceptable and truly infuriating.

This apartment hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station right downstairs. There are also supermarkets and plenty of dining options nearby, making takeout delivery very convenient. Parking is free. The pool is clean and rarely crowded, so I often come here to work out.
