Rooms not clean, air conditioning not cooling it was very hot in the room we could barely sleep at night. no room service, nobody speaks English , restaurant has very few options of food. Never will go back there

The lady at the front desk also upgraded our room type for free and tried her best to meet all our requests. The hotel opened at the same time. The Somerset Daxing Hotel next door smelled of formaldehyde. Our whole family had sore throats when we went in, and the baby kept coughing inside. We had no choice but to change to the Hilton next door. We didn't expect such a pleasant surprise. If you really want to stay in a hotel, you should choose an international brand. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel protects the privacy of guests very well. It will not allow takeout and express delivery to enter and exit at will. This is worth learning from other hotels.

The staff who were taking a break came out to tell us the tips for flying a kite, but we still couldn't fly it because the wind was too chaotic near the building. Every staff member we met during the period greeted us warmly and took the initiative to point out the location of the takeaway cabinet.
