"Like the previous review, the air conditioning didn't work for the two nights we spent there! It was a crucial factor in our choice, given the heatwave. Sleeping with the window open was impossible, as it overlooked the RER train line and the A86 motorway behind it. Overall, I feel like everything about this stay was complicated. We weren't happy with our assigned room. They refused to change it, claiming the hotel was full, but I didn't get that impression at all! Getting a second key card for the room was impossible; their system seems so complicated. Activating a second card cancels the first one—it's absurd! Getting a second parking pass was just as complicated, even though my partner and I weren't leaving at the same time. We didn't receive a second pass, despite having paid for two parking spaces! In short, despite a rather spacious room and a very comfortable bed, this stay was not the most pleasant!"

"We had a great experience here! The staff, from the friendly reception team to the cleaners, were all incredibly helpful. The breakfast was good, with fresh and tasty options. Just a heads-up, don't expect a massive buffet, but what they offer is definitely satisfying. A standout feature is the free water refill machines, which is a great money saver. The gym is decent and well-maintained with new equipment, which was a nice surprise. While it's not a huge fitness center, it has everything you need for a good workout. The air-con in the room was strong, and the location is perfect, only a 5 mins walk to the station and a 30 mins ride to the city center. Highly recommended for convenience and value."

"It's quite far from the center of Rueil-Malmaison. My room window faced the highway, and there was construction going on across the street, but it wasn't very noisy. The room itself was small and simply furnished. The bathroom and shower were also quite small. It's not as good as another Ibis in the city center."

"The surroundings are very quiet ~ There is a park opposite, there is a bus at the door that can be transferred to the subway station, and you can also reach the RER platform through the park ~ The room is ok for one person ~ It would be a bit crowded for two people ~"

The hotel also has lounge which provide snacks and space to work. It would be great if the hotel can improve their gym equipment. Overall I had a comfortable stay at the hotel."
