"Clean and neat rooms with friendly staff. Food at Aara kitchen is wonderful chinese and Tandoori food was real taste. Here you can try Chicken sami kebab and chilli chicken was wonderful. Staffs are really all HK and reception doing good. Try once at all."

"I stayed with my wife for two days to attend flemingo festival. room is very new, luxurious.sufficient for two. neat n tidy allowed one hour early check in with out any hassle parking little discomfort. no resturant. staff are very friendly. middle of the city close to national highway. all restaurants are near by only. "Firstly we have checked in very late due to train late … and reached the hotel at 7 pm we were so much tired and during check-in we have asked for an extra 1 hr extension to the hotel room during checkout but our request was denied . And after we arrived they have made us wait for 30 min to check-in they have started to clean and set the room after we arrived even though we checked in that late . The behaviour by the receptionist was very very rude and we did not feel comfortable. Even during checkout we were getting continuous calls to checkout not even 10 min gap to checkout . The hospitality was very rude and we had a feeling of staying for free . Not recommended at all . And very bad experience. Atleast the room has to be setup by the time we arrive not starting after we arrived . The receptionist behaviour was very very very bad and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone . Until the receptionist changes this hotel is not recommended to anyone . The bed is also very very small. The rudeness by the receptionist needs to be addressed to the manager . The receptionist even involved in our personal discussions while we were discussing whether to extend the room or not ."
