Mirage Hotel ★★★
"We were a little apprehensive before we flew out due to the negative reviews on here. However, absolutely no reason to have been! We are still here now and having a lovely time. Hotel is exactly as you see in the pictures. If you feel that it looks dated and the colour scheme doesn't suit then don't book. Rooms are bright, fresh and cleaned daily and our room had definitely been modernised as fittings and bed fittings felt new. Our cleaner is lovely, friendly and does a thorough job. Fresh towels every day. Yes they are thin but do the job and personally I wouldn't want a big fluffy towel whilst I'm on my summer holiday! Hotel staff are nice but a little reserved. Try saying hello, good morning and thank you to them and they are full of smiles. Breakfast is plentiful. Other reviews have said inedible. I would say that's going a little far. Lots of choice. Fresh fruit, bread, toaster, continental meats and salad, pancakes, fresh honey and yes English breakfast products! Now the English breakfast range is not great but the hotel have tried to cater for everyone. This is not an all English hotel it's multi cultural. I would say the English part of breakfast was the only disappointment in the hotel which is good going really. You would have to be extremely fussy if you can't find something to eat here and that comes from someone who has family members with allergies and even they would find something to eat. Other reviews mention seagulls. OK so Nessebar does have seagulls (surprise surprise - it's by the sea!) But this morning I observed 5 cleaners and a pool man cleaning around and in the pool at 8am. They wash down all the sunbeds with a brush and hose and the floors around the pool area. What more can they do? The seagulls don't fly around you during the day and don't come near the pool until people have gone. Pool area has free and good quality sunbeds and view over the beach. No fighting for sunbeds. Some people were reserving at 8am but really no need. We went down on first day at 10am and got front row overlooking the sea and lots more available around the pool. We had a Seaview room overlooking the pool and had a beautiful view as far as the old town. Comfy double bed, excellent air conditioning and the sound of the sea right outside. Beach right in front of hotel is a long gorgeous sandy beach with loads of sunbeds. Cost 15 euro for 2 beds an umbrella and a table. Payable in cash to sunbed man. Beach is cleaned every night and morning. Tractors sweep the beach in the evening and all sunbeds are put back in place. In the mornings there are beach cleaners who come round and litter pick where needed. Old town is absolutely gorgeous. We walked into the old town along the seafront in about 20 mins. You can also walk via the new town and road if you want. We have walked into old town most nights. Loads of restaurants and bars and good price even seafront restaurants. Local restaurants near the hotel are nice. Almost every day we hav"
BSA Boulevard Boutique ★★
"My friends and I have been here for a week now and the service is terrible. They don't give us towels and treat us rudely!!!!"
Hrizantema- All Inclusive Hotel ★★★★
"We spent an unforgettable day with the staff and facilities at this hotel. Luba Manova"
Best Western Plus Premium Inn ★★★★
"Everything lived up to expectations."
Aquamarine Hotel - All Inclusive ★★★★
"Very good hotel, nice rooms nice atmosphere, location is good nice and quiet around the hotel, food is good, animation is on point."
Family Hotel Romantik ★★
"My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere. I even checked the mattress, and it looked brand new. The hotel is also very quiet at night and you don’t get disturbed by the partying in town when you want to sleep. It seemed that the reception was manned 24/7 and it felt safe. The family that runs the hotel is really friendly and I can tell they are working hard to keep the rooms in good condition. They are also helpful with anything you might need. For instance; They drove us to a far away beach for a good price when we didn’t want to travel with the local taxi cars. They have a pool, which we didn’t try, but we checked it out and it looked squeaky clean as well. We also felt safe with leaving our belongings in the room, such as passports and expensive clothing. Oh, and the hotel is located in a good spot. It is close enough to the beach, close to restaurants, supermarket etc. They even offered free parking when we rented a car."
Garden of Eden Complex ★★★★★
"The Garden complex in Bulgaria is an excellent choice for a holiday, it is very large, offers about eight swimming pools, several restaurants and a nice and helpful service. A great location, close to the beach, makes your stay extremely comfortable and we'll be happy to return there."
Hotel Zenith ★★★
"We are very pleased with the attitude of Manager Atanasova and the bellboy Stanislav, they were always available whenever we needed them. We will recommend it to friends 😊"
Ivana Palace Hotel - Free Parking ★★★★
"Since the hotel is already quite old and has clearly seen better days, we did not expect anything particularly special, although there are always things that could be improved. The reception desk looks more like something you would find in a bank or office, behind glass. The glass is covered with printed A4 sheets containing various notices, warnings about fines, and other information. All of this could be presented in a much nicer and more welcoming way. We had never experienced a hotel where you cannot check in before 3 p.m. before. Okay, we can live with that. However, hotels usually at least provide towels and some basic information, wifi or instructions while you wait. At this hotel, there apparently were no pool towels at all. Even so, someone could at least have explained where everything was located. We had to ask ourselves where we could leave our luggage, wifi, how to get electricity in the room etc. The lobby itself is cold and unwelcoming, almost as if it were located in some kind of outdoor hall. The waiting/seating areas on the different floors, along the corridors, are even worse — just a leather sofa and a table, with no plants, artwork, or any other decorative elements to make the space feel warm or inviting. Very big empty cold hall. We found the lobby toilet where we could change our clothes. Obviously, you do not leave the toilet door wide open while changing, even if you are doing something by the sink. At one point, a cleaner suddenly came in, shouted at me angrily, and said that the door must always be left open. Okay, I guess next time guests are expected to change their clothes in front of people passing through the corridor. The receptionists do not speak much English, and they have difficulty understanding anything more detailed or specific. The room key is not a card. Instead, there is one key for two people, with a heavy metal tag attached to it, about the size of a room key card. later we found out it was also the card used to activate the electricity in the room. That was a first for us. The room itself was okay, nothing fancy. Plastic garden chairs at the balcony, dirty sidetable, that was never cleaned from the dust. The one thing that is always a problem with these small hotell, is that the cleaners apparently never want to sweep or mop the floors. There was already sand on the floor when we arrived. Towels were changed every day, and the bed linen every two-three days, but the floor and drinking glasses were never cleaned. No signs to put on the door, no information about the times or hotel or tv. No paper or pen. Unfortunately, our bathroom also had a serious problem. The bottom of the shower cabin was leaking, so just 10 seconds of washing your feet was enough to cause a flood on the bathroom floor. We asked four times for extra towels over several days, speaking to different receptionists each time, but never received them. Eventually, I asked to speak to the manager. We explained that, as everyt"

Hotel Pliska - Breakfast - All Inclusive Light
"I returned to Bulgaria after 15 years. Basically, nothing has changed. Regarding the hotel: no elevator, small room, dripping air conditioning, one stool on the balcony, and bearable beds. Lighting is limited. There's only one socket for the entire room (and no socket in the bathroom), with a safety feature preventing the use of a power strip. The room wasn't cleaned once in five days. The bathroom is laughable because you're looking for a shower or bathtub, only to find a shower faucet above the sink, and the hose is attached to the wall. So, the entire bathroom is practically a shower stall with a sink and toilet inside. No hairdryer or toiletries. Breakfast is very basic and cold. I definitely won't be returning and I won't recommend it to anyone. The only plus is the proximity to a wide, sandy beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and a bus stop. I highly recommend a trip to Nessebar (4km)."
AluaSun Helios Beach - All Inclusive
"This hotel has got all the important stuff right. The beachside location is fabulous. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. The food is excellent, plenty of choice and if you don’t like it, you’re either extremely fussy or unrealistic, it’s piping hot, tasty and good quality. The staff are wonderful, polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and, like everywhere else, very clean. Entertainment is fine, they try very hard to please everyone. Just a couple of minor things that need addressing… it’s really expensive to rent the room safe. £45 for a fortnight is ridiculous! Also the hotel could re-jig the ground floor to provide a nice relaxing bar lounge which it doesn’t have currently. Other than this, we liked everything including the pretty town of Obzor which like the hotel is kept scrupulously clean and tidy. We’d be happy to return!"
Aparthotel Cote dÀzure
"Im still here, thankfully, this is the cleanest, frienliest hotel iv ever stayed in, rooms huge, i have a sofa on my balcony, pools lovely foods great. Without a doubt the best cheap/value hotel iv ever stayed in"
Olymp Hotel
"I would not stay here again unless the room came with a toilet that was not inside the shower. I’ve never known anywhere where you’re expected to shower where you s**t. The room I stayed had toilet water flowing into the shower when you flushed the loo. Really terrible plumbing. Your literal faeces flowed back out into the shower and needed to be rinsed into the drain. I asked for the toilet to be repaired at reception but something lost in translation and they sealed the base of the toilet. Twin room is ok size. Food is very nice, generous portions. Lifts are small and cramped but similar to most ski resorts. Communal spaces on each floor are nice but sound travels easily and you can hear conversations if your room is close to the hall areas. Location great as it just near the bottom of the piste and accessible to the snow and beginner slopes."
Helena Sands
"What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"
Secrets Sunny Beach Resort and Spa - Premium All Inclusive - Adults Only

Helena Park - Ultra All Inclusive
"Excellent stay. We went before the school summer holidays, so hotel wasn't full and entertainment wasn't fully up and running, which was fine with us as we were with our 19 year old son, who had just finished college. Had to nice big rooms, next door to each other. Staff were courteous, not always smiley, but that seems to be a Bulgarian thing. Free safe in room. Food was fine, as were drinks at the bars. Good and cheap supermarket on corner, across the road. We both have arthritis and were a bit worried about how slippy the bath was however, asked reception for a bath mat, which the housekeeping staff left the next day. Also, the hairdryers were hopeless. Indoor pool was usually empty, so we enjoyed that and kept out of the scorching sun. Bonus for peely-wally Scots, including one ginger. We used the gym a few times also. Not the best, but probably above average for a lot of hotel gyms. Both the indoor pool and gym are located in Helena Sands Hotel but we didn't feel unwanted. On the quiet end of the promenade, but nice stroll, or we used the train and bus. Bus was packed, but we managed to get seats on each trip, maybe after first stop, including trip to Nessebar. Got water taxi back from Nessebar and queue looked chaotic"
Sol Luna Bay All Inclusive
"I am very pleased with the vacation. Every year we vacation around September 15, now for the first time - June 2026. The quality is top notch, rich menu in the all-inclusive restaurant, the rooms are great, the animators do their job perfectly, lots of entertainment every night. I am very satisfied and remain a regular customer! Georgi Valev - Plovdiv, Bulgaria"
HVD Clubhotel Miramar - 24 Hours Ultra All Inclusive & Free Parking
"Sure. Here is a long, natural, colloquial English hotel review that sounds like it was written by a genuine guest rather than marketing material: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Holiday, One of the Best Hotel Experiences We’ve Had! I honestly don’t know where to start because everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. Check-in was quick, smooth, and friendly, and throughout our entire holiday the staff always greeted us with a smile. You can tell that the hotel is very well managed and that there is a strong focus on guest satisfaction. One thing that really stood out was the international management team. It was refreshing to see experienced foreign directors and managers who were always visible around the hotel, talking to guests, checking that everything was running smoothly, and making sure everyone was having a good time. It’s not often you see management so involved in the daily operation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to listen made a huge difference. Whenever there was a question or a small request, it was handled quickly and with genuine care. The food deserves a special mention because it was absolutely fantastic. We’ve stayed in many all inclusive hotels over the years, and the variety and quality here were among the best we’ve experienced. Every meal offered plenty of options, from fresh salads and local specialties to international dishes, grilled meats, seafood, and delicious desserts. Even after several days, there was always something new to try. The hotel itself was spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Public areas, gardens, pools, and common spaces were always clean and looked beautiful. Speaking of the pools, they were fantastic. Plenty of sunbeds, clean water, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you wanted to enjoy family activities or simply unwind with a drink. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the people. Every member of staff, from reception to housekeeping, from restaurant employees to bartenders, seemed genuinely interested in making guests happy. That positive atmosphere can only come from good leadership, and it was clear throughout our stay. We met guests who had returned multiple times, and after spending our holiday here, we completely understand why. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel relaxed from day one and leaves you with great memories when it’s time to go home. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially the management, for creating such a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable environment. We had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. We are already thinking about coming back next year! Highly recommended – excellent food, outstanding service, professional international management, beautiful facilities, and a truly memorable holiday experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
Paradise Beach Residence - Ultra All Inclusive
"Pros: -great sea view -good variety of food and alcohol (also local) -clean, big and nice rooms -very friendly cleaning ladies -possibility to exchange beach towels unlimitedly Cons (there are plenty of them, but maybe some occured because of low season): -unfriendly and lazy staff, not really speaking English. They tended to stood in groups, talking with each other, while people waited in lines to the bar or for tables to be cleaned -dirtiness We've seen ourselves babies with dipers on, sometimes full... We suspected some people of peeing in the pool (not joking). Maybe that's why there were mostly kids swimming in it. Elevators smelled of pee and sweat. -cigaretes everywhere. As far as I know, it's forbidden to smoke in public (including hotels) in EU, and it's not a new law. For us, non smokers, it was almost unbearable to eat in constant smoke. How can you take your kids to such environment? The same situation was on the beach, lots of smoked cigarettes in the sand. -food was cold, sweets were being reused the next days, what was making them not edible -our all inclusive bracelets were cut during check out. First time I experienced this -there were no evening shows during the weekend -wasps everywhere near drink fountains"
Imperial Palace Hotel
"Although the season has just started, I received really excellent service. I think I'll be spending many more weekends here from now on."
Panorama Blue Family Hotel and Free Parking
"This was a nice room, moderately sized, with a fantastic view from the balcony. But the bed was unyielding when you lay on it and the bottom sheet was pilled and annoying. Apart from that it is a very good deal and maybe it was just our room with a bad bed. The hotel is badly signed - the only indication is hard to see easily in a side window. If you are towing a bag, go along the road below and carry up the steps. What is showing as a road to the front door is a roughly cobbled track."
Alua Helios Bay - All Inclusive
"Nice hotel, if a little tired. Food was great every day, puddings were excellent. Could probably do with more staff especially the restaurants where they were struggling to re lay the tables. A lovely holiday for pool and the local town. Not much beyond that as the distances to various sightseeing areas are long."
Aphrodite Beach Hotel
"Perfect location, high level of service. Was a pleasure to stay there."
Family Hotel Jemelly
"It won't be easy to find an open door and someone waiting for you at this hotel located in the upper part of town quite far from the seaside, parking on the street in front of the establishment. The person who welcomed us (reservations made on Booking) was the cleaning lady who spoke only Bulgarian and we were able to communicate via a telephone translator, it is in your interest to understand everything about how it works the first time and ask the right questions, because more person after 2 minutes, you will be alone in the establishment with other tourists (Bulgarians and Russians during our stay). Otherwise the room we chose was on the 3rd floor with a small balcony and sea view (far away of course), nice surface and clean overall (you should not look in the corners and on the doors), small refrigerator starting to flee, the lack of maintenance is glaring here, it must have been superb 10 years ago!! you are even encouraged not to eat breakfast because it is supposedly of poor quality (maybe the wife doesn't want to get up early to prepare it?). So it was breakfast outside and in a good atmosphere! Bathroom Bulgarian toilet with shower in a corner and watering the whole! Establishment just good for a visit."
