"At the time of my booking through Trip.com, I prepaid for my room and for all of my breakfasts. Unfortunately they claimed that they did NOT received payment from Trip.com for any of my breakfasts even though I showed them my receipts that they in fact were prepaid but they chose to decline. As a result, I had to double pay for all of my breakfasts. I also found bugs on top of my bed and in the restroom, a disgusting health issue. And lastly I experienced an attitude problem from an older gray hair lady. No, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone."
