Have service shuttle bus from airport to hotel that can save money

Phone is not working; all but one outlet can work well to charge. Very bad experience.

Slow check in at 8pm. Room was comfortable but a lot of road noise.

It was very pleasant stay

Close to the airport - but you can only take a car to get there. Although there is a shuttle bus, you need to call. I called the front desk and they said they would be there in a while. I waited for nearly an hour. Other hotels have arrived 3-4 times. In the end, I took a taxi myself. It takes about 15 minutes for hot water to be available. I was shocked. The front desk service attitude is very poor. The hotel is located in the black area - it is best not to go out - there is nothing to eat around. In summary, the price is not cheap, the service is very poor, and the facilities are at the level of ordinary small hotels. It is strongly not recommended to stay

The hotel has some advantages, but it is difficult to cover up the disadvantages. The advantages are that the room facilities are relatively new and free drinking water is provided. The disadvantages are that the glass is not soundproof, the room is very noisy, and it is difficult to rest well. And the shuttle bus is a joke. I waited in the cold wind at the airport for 40 minutes and didn't see the "half-hourly" shuttle bus. I called the hotel and they just said they would be there soon, and they couldn't give any useful help. I can only take Uber to the hotel

The room is very bad and in the black area. There is no luggage storage service. I booked this room for an extra day just to store my luggage.

Very close to the airport, if you are a business friend, do not want to go into the city, it is very convenient. Hygiene, environment, service are all OK. The parking lot is a bit small, but there is parking for guests, which is still very convenient.

The room size is okay and clean. The bed is also relatively large. But it's winter now, it's 0 degrees outside at night, and the windows are leaking, and it's terrible. It was extremely cold at night and I couldn't sleep. The air conditioner in the room had no hot air.

I had to go to the airport early in the morning, so I checked in late at night and left around 5:30 in the morning. There was no body lotion in the room, so I asked for some, but they said they didn't have a cleaner and that they could give it to me at 7 in the morning, and then hung up. I was shocked, so I called again, and another employee said they understood, and security brought it to me. I wonder if Hilton employees are trained well. When I woke up in the morning, $52 had been charged, so I called the hotel, and the same woman from before told me to call my account after 9. I'll call, get a refund, and write another review.

This is the first time I've stayed in such a big bed in the United States. It's so comfortable.

Parking is very convenient, only $50 a day, valet parking. The room is very clean and tidy, and all items are complete. The price is also reasonable, I will come again next time
