Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a rooftop that had amazing views. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel front desk service was unprofessional. I specifically requested a quiet room when booking, and reiterated this request upon arrival. The front desk staff pretended to check their computer and told me there were no other rooms available. However, when I got to my room, I found it faced a busy main road and railway line, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. After contacting Ctrip customer service, who then communicated with the hotel, I was finally moved to a quiet room. So, what was the explanation for initially telling me there were no other rooms?

I'm not a picky guest, but I have to give this a bad review: 1. The room I was given had a large terrace right outside. The windows were incredibly dirty with thick dust and stains. 2. The bathroom smelled musty. 3. There were quite a few ants on the desk, and two even managed to get into my luggage and traveled with me to my next destination. 4. The shower curtain didn't have a barrier at the bottom. Although the floor was sloped, water still splashed everywhere when I showered. 5. A 3-star hotel? Absolutely not. It's more like a very basic budget hotel. 6. The only upside is the good location. I don't recommend it. I will definitely avoid this hotel next time.

I stayed here for almost 10 days, and the location is fantastic, right near the subway station with plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. Plus, there's free coffee and tea in the morning!

The location was accessible. Everything was good except that the hot water machine was broken and the bar downstairs can be a little loud.

My daughter and I shared a room with double beds, the room was very spacious with everything you need (iron, ironing board, blow dryer, full bottles of shampoo - conditioner - body wash, etc.). Close to NYC, just across the bridge, Uber and taxis right outside the door. Front desk staff so helpful, friendly and professional. Very safe.

It is very convenient to be located in LIC. There are supermarkets and restaurants around.

Located in a neighborhood with a large concentration of restaurants and supermarkets in Long Island City, it is convenient for transportation and living. The rooftop terrace overlooks the Queens Bridge and Manhattan. It is within walking distance of three subway stations and LIC GANTRY PARK and ASTORIA FERRY STATION to WTC.

The room type is still very good. It is being renovated nearby but it is not noisy. There is a terrace on the roof where you can see the night view of Manhattan. In short, it is still highly recommended. The hotel's sanitary conditions are very good

I booked a room for my parents. The front desk staff was very nice and upgraded the room for free. It's opposite the subway station and the room is not on the road, so the soundproofing is good. There is also a small balcony.
